Halloween Party: (10/26/01) Set up evening with contests, treats and decorations. Contact families to for refreshments. 3 people needed.

Pequot Museum: (11/10/01) Call to reserve date and get pricing for group rate. Tour guide if available. Must collect money and make payment.2 people needed.

Scouting for Food: (11/11 & 11/17/01) Coordinate collection site and pick-ups. 3 people needed.

Carole Sing at Southington Care: (12/16/01) Set up times that the pack can come by and sing caroles to the patients and hand out holiday cards. Need to arrange with kitchen at the Care center to provide cookies and juice for the boys. 2 people needed.

Polar Bear Pack Swim: (1/6/02) Coordinate with the YMCA times, recreations room, pool, life guard(s) and payment. Handle ordering, pick up and setting up of food (pizza), beverages and paper goods in recreation room. 4 people needed.

Family Bowling at Super Bowl Lanes: (1/20/02) Coordinate with lanes for reservations and payment of bowling and pizza party. 2 people needed.

Blizzard Blast: (3/2/02) Plan set up and run pack booth at this annual council event. Camp Slopers. 6 people needed.

Blue & Gold Banquet: (2/15/02) Help solicit local merchants for items to raffle, assist committee chair and co-chair with logistics, food menu and planning. Chair: Gloria Boccardi Co-Chair: Anna Satterfield. 8-12 people needed.

Mother & Son Dance: (3/22/02) Set up evening with music (DJ), photographs of the mom's & their sons, decorations, contacting families to see what refreshments will be brought. 4 people needed.

Pinewood Derby (3/10/02) Handle calls to all pack families to secure at least 2 volunteers from each den to handle judging, running of the cars, check-in and weighing in and running snack booth. Each shift will require 10 people to run smoothly. Assist with set up and break down of hall and solicitation of local merchants for monetary support, donations of awards or refreshments. 4 people needed.

Fishing Derby; (4/6/02) Handle calls to all pack families to see who will be attending and contact den leaders to let them know how much money they need to collect and from whom. Get directions out (on web site). Set up and run check-in table for our pack at Deer Lake. Make check in signage. 2 people needed

New England Air Museum: (4/27/02) Get pricing for group rate and tour guides. Must collect money and make payment.2 people needed.

Family Camping Annual Memorial Weekend campout: (5/24,25,26/02) Contact all pack families to sign up. Must collect money and make payment to Cubmaster, coordinate people to pick up camping supplies from storage, go shopping for food, storage of food and drop off of camping supplies. Activities and duty roster are to be coordinated by pack leadership3 people needed.
