Leader's Schedule of Meetings and Notices
2002-2003
See "IMPORTANT NOTICES" for any updates in schedules
Leaders meetings are at TANDEM HEALTH CARE, SUMMITT ST (the old Mediplex) at 7:00 PM on Sunday evenings.  Leaders are asked to bring any materials that they wish posted on their den's pages on the website to the meeting.  All awards lists should be brought that evening as well.  All leaders will be required to fill out the Council advancement form during the meeting.  Mark or Lin will circulate this.  Helen Perez is the Advancement Chair and she will require this form in order for your scouts to receive their pins, patches, arrow points, etc...  The form will be handed over to them that evening.  Please come prepared!
Thank you.

All leaders, especially the new leaders, are to call our pack trainer, Lin Turek, with any and all questions pertaining to the Cub Scout program.  You can call her for ANYTHING ranging from how to run a meeting to how do I organize this stuff (or her all time favorite "I called you just so you can remind me WHY I volunteered to do this!!")   But seriously, leadership and program questions are to be funneled to her.  She will, and has, made herself available to work with any leader at their convenience (time & place).

Uniform reminder: Please button & tuck in your shirts at all times, don't wear it like a sweater. Make sure all of your insignia is in the proper place.  If you're not sure, come see me PLEASE.  Non-BSA headwear is not part of your uniform and therefore should not be worn.  Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Minnie, Pooh, Tigger and the rest of the magial world of Disney are not BSA mascots and NASCAR & BASSMASTERS are not our official sponsors.  Your duty is to teach your boys proper unifoming and be a role model.   As part of your continuing training, I will be conducting uniforming sessions to help you, especially the new leaders who are trying their best.

Custom Permission Forms
These permission forms are made so that we can all use a standarized form.  You can use these for either Pack events or Den events.  Print it out and circle whether it is for pack or den use, fill in the event, the date, a description or itinerary, what they need to bring and the cost.  The parent will complete the lower portion and return it you by the date that the Pack or you (in cases of den trips) set.  Hope that this will help all of us in the long run.  You can print it out in either Word or HTML format.
