Travel I-91 South to Exit 22, Route 9 South towards Middletown. Go through lights in Middletown, continuing South on Route 9 to Exit 9, Route 81 Haddam, Killingworth. Take a right at the end of the ramp traveling Route 81 South for approximately 12 miles to the Killingworth circle. Go half way around the circle and continue on 81 South. Take the second right onto Green Hill Road and proceed for approximately 2 miles taking the 4th right onto River Road. Go approximately 1/4 mile and take a right at the stop sign onto Paper Mill Road. Follow Paper Mill Road into Deer Lake parking lot.
Scout Fishing Derby from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Adult Fishing from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Lunch will be hamburgs and hot dogs available after 11:00 AM for a small fee.
