PLEASE NOTE: Headcount MUST BE turned in. Payments/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (by the Battleship and the Pack can not reimburse you.) If you find out that you can't go (for whatever reason), then you must find a replacement (of course we will help you.)� Any last minute interested parties will be put on a waiting list to be used as replacements only.
The date is SEPTEMBER 27-28. WE WILL BE MEETING AT FLANDERS SCHOOL STARTING AT 7:30 AM AND LEAVING BY 8:00 AM SHARP. YOU CAN SET UP CAR POOLS AT THAT TIME. IT WOULD BE EASIER IN THE LONG RUN FOR TRAVELING. WE WILL ARRIVE IN FALL RIVER, MA BY 10:00AM. THIS IS A GOOD ARRIVAL TIME AND WILL INSURSE THAT WE ARE ASSIGNED GOOD SLEEPING QUARTERS. They do not serve lunch to us so EVERYONE IS TO BRING A BAGGED LUNCH. Scouts and leaders are to wear their pack tee-shirts, "Class B uniforms" instead of their dress uniforms "Class A". These are the t-shirts that your son's leaders received during last year's pinewood derby. You do not need to pack much for gear. All you really should bring is A SLEEPING BAG OR BLANKET, A PILLOW, TOILETRY ITEMS AND A CHANGE OF CLOTHES.
