CALL TO ORDER
Meeting
called to order at 7:05pm. In Attendance: Joi Honer, Leanne Granus,
Sherry Weitzel,
and Ellen Phillips.
BRIEF REVIEW OF LAST MEETING
TREASURER’S REPORT
Mr.
Shillady presented the treasurer’s report. Committee approved.
SCHEDULE REVIEW
Cleanup for
the Strawberry Festival is on Tuesday June 6th at 6:30pm.
Strawberry
Festival Volunteers are needed for Saturday June 10th from 3-9pm.
Mike Brown will update everyone on the time slots available. Boys should wear
full uniform.
Pack
Meeting/Picnic will be on Monday June 19th at 6pm. At the
Park Pavillion. We need to get RSVPs
to decide who and how much food to buy.
The focus
is on having fun and playing ball games.
Camp update. We have gotten a bus for day camp week. Janice
Lamm has offered to drive the week of July 10th-14th. The
church is willing to donate money for the bus. For the Webelos
Extended camp, Gloria Troup is checking on the details.
DISTRICT NEWS
Trails End
1st sale kickoff is on August 16, 2006 at First Energy Stadium.
Dwight Harding and Ellen Phillips have volunteered to chair again this year.
The sale will run from August 16th -Oct. 24th.
Council
Program Launch is on June 19th. Joi Honer &
NEW BUSINESS
Hershey
Camping was suggested for Aug. 25th -27th. There are
several packages available which may include park admission, patch, and buffet.
The pack could subsidize part of the cost for boys. We will see the amount of
interest at the June 19th Pack meeting.
Cartoon Spy
Camp at Franklin Institute is a possible winter event.
The next
time for advancements will be at the Nov. or Dec. Pack Meeting. We are still in
need of a volunteer to take over for Gloria Troup.

June 17th
- Day camp swim test at
June 19th-
Pack Meeting/Picnic 6pm. Call Joi to sign up to bring
food.
August 1st- Next Committee Meeting. This will be a
planning meeting at Ozgood’s at 6pm. Must RSVP.
