Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

No treasurer’s Report

Past Event’s discussed:

We learned earlier in the week that we had the incorrect date for scout day at Knobel’s. It had already past.

Committee reviewed the parent surveys that were received. Most results and comments were positive.

Upcoming events discussed:

Recruitment Night – Monday, May 24^th – 6:30 p.m. – Bring A Friend to Cub Scouts – a flyer will be coming out from school.

Memorial Day Parade – Monday, May 31^st – 9:15 a.m. – Worley’s Lumber – dress uniform(see flyer)

Service Project for Trinity Lutheran Church – cleaning the parking lot – Monday, June 7^th – 6:00-7 p.m. – den meetings following-at the school after the clean up. Bring brooms and shovels.

Strawberry Festival – Saturday, June 12^th – 3-9 – Trinity Lutheran Church – pack 459 helps to man the game stands - see or call Ned Stricker to sign up for a time slot to help

Miniature Golf– Monday, July 12^th – Pagoda Golf – 6:30 p.m. - $3.00/person - $ goes to Den Leaders ahead of time, snack bar will be open after words – Pack Committee Meeting directly following golf.

Day Camp – July 19^th through July 23^rd – Shaun Shillady will be calling each family about camp. Swim rests will need to be taken ahead of time.

Pool Party – August 8^th – 6-9 – see Julie Borelli to sign up to bring a food item

Other Items of Business:

Pastor Diefenderfer received a Pack 459 T-shirt

Re-chartering was completed. Chris Rumpf took over the chairmanship of the Pack Committee and Gretchen Patti went back to being the Den Leader for Den 4.
