December 2001

1.  Roundtable is on Thursday 13 December at 7 :30 p.m..   See you there.

2.  All Packs forward a copy of their roster to Jim Sutherland so downtown can compare theirs to yours?

3. Start thinking DAY CAMP!  The Theme is "America the Beautiful... Then and Now"
Have ideas about the patch design or t-shirt design? (Ask the boys.) Bring it to Roundtable. My next day camp meeting is in January. There is plenty of time to submit your design idea. Day camp is the third week of July - 15 - 19 July.

4. See you later,

Paula Berghauser
Frontier Cub Chair

P.S.
Please share this information with others in your Pack. If you know anyone who wants to be added to the email list, have them send me a note.  Thanks.

November 2001

Hi. Long time no write. Many items of interest for you to know.

1. Jenna has had her baby - a girl.

2. This is from Jim Sutherland, Jenna's replacement:

I am doing some work in the Frontier region while Jenna Anzalone is on maternity leave. One important item in the near future is a membership inventory. I spoke with Bill Thrasher and Rich Pacyna at the roundtable regarding sending out an e-mail to get some of this completed. I have attached a sample e-mail for all of the leaders in the district asking them to fax or e-mail a roster to me.

If you could paste this information into an e-mail - and send it to all of the unit leaders I would appreciate it. Please feel free to call me at (216) 861-6060 if you have any questions or proposed changes.

Sincerely yours,
Jim Sutherland

This is important:

As the end of the year approaches, it is important for the Frontier district to complete a MEMBERSHIP INVENTORY. An accurate membership inventory is critical in making sure that insurance and membership is up to date. This will also prevent youth from being ineligible for facility use or other potential problems.

In order to help get this done, please send in a roster of your unit no later than Thursday, November 15th. I am late in sending this out. Please froward a copy of your roster to him.

The roster can be in any form (Microsoft Word file, Excel Spreadsheet, Hard Copy, The body of an e-mail message, etc..)

Please either e-mail your roster to [email protected]
or Fax your roster to 216-861-3431 Boy Scouts of America care of Jim Sutherland, Development Executive.

3. Day camp theme: America the Beautiful, Then and Now.

I'll try to stay in touch. Take care,

Paula Berghauser
