| Wolf and Bear Cub Weeks: July 27 - 30 Webelos Scouts: July 27 - August 1 CHECK IN: Sunday 1:30PM - Please arrive at 12:30PM We will meet at Pioneer, which is our campsite. We will then check in as a pack at 1:30PM. All necessary forms and health forms must be in the unit leaders possession at that time or check in will be delayed. CHECK OUT: Closing ceremonies are on Friday evening at PM (Cub sessions will close at 10:00AM on Wednesday). Parents are encouraged to attend this event. Please arrive early so that you may help your scout pack up his belongings and be able to visit the trading post before closing ceremonies. Some of the fun activites your scout will encounter while at Camp Chesterfield! Look for the Green Highway marker "BSA Camp" Proceed 4.2 miles to Sugar Hill Road. Turn right. The PARKING AREA is located 300 yards up the road on the right.
