Topic: Pack 177 Web Page Check out www.netword.com then type pack 177 Sheila will note the following awards on our web site: Presidents 5 Star Pack Award for having a den in every rank and award for participating in Scout Fair; the recharter certificate. Sheila would like each den to have their own separate web page to get scouts more involved with the internet; she will help leaders as needed. Scouts can earn an Internet project patch. The web site will NOT include names of scouts. Sheila will develop a flyer to describe the Internet patch, provide copies of the web page, and forward to Debbie P. to mail out to den leaders. Members are encouraged to contact Sheila to add to the web content. 3. Topic: Pack Leadership Dave S. and Dave H. were elected to the Committee Chair position effective immediately. Robin P. was elected Cubmaster; he will coordinate with Mike H. to ensure a smooth transition. We will need an assistant to be acquired in the fall. Treasurer: Karen S. was elected Treasurer. She will coordinate with Colleen to ensure a smooth transition. 4. Topic: Checkbook/Target Budget Reserves/Usage Debbie reports that the scout office indicates that we have a -$305 balance. We dont know at this time whether this includes candy. Debbie will contact the scout office to obtain a detailed report showing debits. She will review the outcome with the Cubmaster, Committee Chair, and Treasurer and report back to the committee. The checkbook balance now includes some $900 from Ken A., the former treasurer. Colleen will pass all records over to Karen and assist in the authorized signature changes. Future check authorization will require two signatures from either Dave H., Robin P., or Karen S.
