Powers: Alien, ability to take several forms, each with unique abilities. His 'natural' form is not human, though currently he spends most time in a human form for political reasons

Security Evaluation: Very wise, dependable, and compentent. Unlike most government officials, Kamikaze can be counted on to make good decisions.
Tactics: Kamikaze switches to his native form and fights HTH.
