Security Evaluation: Cobra tries hard, but his great power leads him down destructive paths. His killing of enemies and civilians alike has made the Guardians relunctant to work with him, though he has cleared up his criminal record by doing black ops for the government.
Tactics: Cobra raises his opponents to great height then drops them to their death. He also has a crossbow with poisoned bolts that is also very lethal.
