Description of Headsmen
A street gang that operates in the Seattle Metro area. They are connected to petty crimes. So far, the Headsmen remain a minor nuisance to the Pacific Knights and the police.
However, the Pacific Knights have uncovered evidence that the Headsmen may be a front for a more malign organization.
