No further changes planned at this time Maintenance OT: Will be addressed at next meeting Robert Jemison Assessment Guides: Training program has been initiated. Holiday Pay for Saturday Holiday: Item resolved, operators were paid holiday credit. I would like a letter or addendum to the contract to cover this FRC Orders: One item was added to the ordering list, others are being reviewed. OT Report: Has been sent by Wayne Shelton Water / Safety Shower @ Dock: Still working this issue, more to follow. Steve Simms Position: Still not a permanent position. Steve has worked an A and B slot a few times, recently. Will be used @ Blakely for ship offloading. 18 Hour Shifts: 2 consecutive will not be allowed. TOPS Agreement: Draft sent in e-mail OT Calendar: Vote was held during last union meeting, calendar now runs Jan � Jan. Assessment Guides Schedule: Jim Tillman has created a new spreadsheet matrix to simplify the schedule. Also, Bruce and Jim have a staggered schedule, so one will be here every Friday for training purposes. TOPS Interview: Interviews will probably take place first week of April. The union will provide advance notice of scheduling as soon it becomes available. New Business: Discussed wording of Johnny Finchum�s e-mail regarding Scott Smallwoods �election� to the ERT Team. Discussed some points of the TOP�s position. (Interviews, April Training) Provided Verbal and Written notification of absences of Las Vegas Delegation $1.50 per Hour Pay for Day Shift was discussed, but no progress was made. Wayne Shelton mentioned $1.50 would be possible but on 2 different scales (B rate + 1.50, A rate + 1.50) Jaren will forward e-mail request to union for membership dues. Discussed Inert Entry bonus: T. Ray thought his bonus was half of October�s Bonus, but David said it was the same. David prepared a spreadsheet with the bonus amounts. I have copy if anyone needs to see it. Union initiated some discussion about changing OT tracking to an hourly method. This will be discussed at a later time. Tank Farm Issues: Conrad discussed if it would be possible if Blakely Operators could cover some of Saraland�s OT, since Saraland helps cover Blakely�s. Need a procedure in place to help alleviate workload @ Blakely during emergency. (During last spill to the river, both operators were on the boat trying to surround the spill with a boom, no one was attending the dock) Barge DOI�s: No one in TF is doing these since no training has been provided. Operators do not know how to inspect vessels. Lab Issues: Lab 9/80 (Henley, Coleman, Townsend) operators would like to switch to a 4 �10 schedule. Will discuss next meeting when Eric is present. Other Notes: David Summers stated that a shift swap would be allowed for training purposes ( tough to balance units, ERT, etc.) Shawn Roach has Doctor�s Appt. on April 13th, will call regarding work status. New I & E Wayne Weaver will start Monday March, 28th. Next meeting scheduled for April 20th. Interviews will possibly be ongoing at this time. |
