Action Items:

Triplicate LOTO Tags:  Training will be finished this month

Lab A Tester:  Eric reviewed training list with all b operators for requirements

Vacation Pool for Lab:  Eric was not in attendance, will follow up next meeting

Kevin VanOrden Training:  Proceeding

ERT Staffing :  As vs. Bs positions, Scott Smallwood added to Team.  No further changes planned at this time

Maintenance OT:  Will be addressed at next meeting

Robert Jemison Assessment Guides:  Training program has been initiated.

Holiday Pay for Saturday Holiday:  Item resolved, operators were paid holiday credit.
I would like a letter or addendum to the contract to cover this

FRC Orders:  One item was added to the ordering list, others are being reviewed.

OT Report:  Has been sent by Wayne Shelton

Water / Safety Shower @ Dock:  Still working this issue, more to follow.

Steve Simms Position:  Still not a permanent position.  Steve has worked an A and B slot a few times, recently.  Will be used @ Blakely for ship offloading.

18 Hour Shifts:  2 consecutive will not be allowed.

TOPS Agreement:  Draft sent in e-mail

OT Calendar:  Vote was held during last union meeting, calendar now runs Jan Jan.

Assessment Guides Schedule:  Jim Tillman has created a new spreadsheet matrix to simplify the schedule.  Also, Bruce and Jim have a staggered schedule, so one will be here every Friday for training purposes.

TOPS Interview:  Interviews will probably take place first week of April.  The union will provide advance notice of scheduling as soon it becomes available.

New Business:

Discussed wording of Johnny Finchums e-mail regarding Scott Smallwoods election to the ERT Team.

Discussed some points of the TOPs position.  (Interviews, April Training)

Provided Verbal and Written notification of absences of Las Vegas Delegation

$1.50 per Hour Pay for Day Shift was discussed, but no progress was made.  Wayne Shelton mentioned $1.50 would be possible but on 2 different scales (B rate + 1.50, A rate + 1.50)

Jaren will forward e-mail request to union for membership dues.

Discussed Inert Entry bonus:  T. Ray thought his bonus was half of Octobers Bonus, but David said it was the same.  David prepared a spreadsheet with the bonus amounts.  I have copy if anyone needs to see it.

Union initiated some discussion about changing OT tracking to an hourly method.  This will be discussed at a later time.

Tank Farm Issues:

Conrad discussed if it would be possible if Blakely Operators could cover some of Saralands OT, since Saraland helps cover Blakelys.

Need a procedure in place to help alleviate workload @ Blakely during emergency. (During last spill to the river, both operators were on the boat trying to surround the spill with a boom, no one was attending the dock)

Barge DOIs:  No one in TF is doing these since no training has been provided.  Operators do not know how to inspect vessels.

Lab Issues:
Lab 9/80 (Henley, Coleman, Townsend) operators would like to switch to a 4 10 schedule.  Will discuss next meeting when Eric is present.

Other Notes:

David Summers stated that a shift swap would be allowed for training purposes ( tough to balance units, ERT, etc.)

Shawn Roach has Doctors Appt. on April 13th, will call regarding work status.

New I & E Wayne Weaver will start Monday March, 28th.

Next meeting scheduled for April 20th.  Interviews will possibly be ongoing at this time.
