This year Pace Group 11 is bigger than ever! Since our group is soooooo long it is important that everybody knows the Group 11 Cadence. If you know it you can join in---even if you can not hear the person who started it!

NOTE: Please be considerate of our neightbors. Do not start any chants when you are in a residential area or near hotels early in the morning. It is best to do these chants at the end of the runs when we are in commercial areas (and are harming nobody but ourselves)!
