Negotiations Updates
We have settled and approved of a new contract.
June 11, 2002
We met with the company on June 4th and 5th and are scheduled to meet again on July 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Things we are working on are:
- Group to follow corporate or refinery schedule, which includes President's Day/July 5th. Some work groups follow the corporate schedule. This has been mutually agreed upon.
- 19-30 days, (still discussing this)
- Previous side letters have been extended.
- We plan to discuss pay equity for setups, substance ause policy, and no sympathy strike clause.
