There will be a REFERENDUM VOTE on the following two issues.

 

1.    THE CANCELLATION OF THE 12 HOUR SHIFT AGREEMENT (WHICH WILL RETURN US TO THE 8 HOUR SHIFT SCHEDULE)

2.    THE INCREASE OF THE MONTHLY DUES BY $10.00 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLINSHNG A STRIKE FUND.

The motion to be voted on regarding the strike fund for the Conoco P&M Group is as follows:

 

Motion to create a strike fund for the Conoco P&M Group to be funded by a $10.00 per month assessment. The fund would be used to provide equal disbursement for each member walking picket duty in the event of a strike at Conoco.

This motion has two amendments:

1.     Have motion voted on by a referendum vote of the group.

2.     If the motion passes that a committee should be nominated and voted on at large from the membership to handle the strike fund.
