Help With Legal Services For Lawsuit Against State of Missouri
May/2007, Today we received another garnishment from the State of Missouri, this is the forth(4th) in six weeks, just this past Mother's Day We took Iris out for a dinner and could not pay for dinner bill because the State of Missouri Garnished Iris salary 100% and then proceeded to take $1022, from the bank account, this time they are claiming money against Pablo's salary.
We have tried to get Legal assistance but no-one in the State of "Misery"(Missouri) will represent a Puerto Rican family.
So we need to pay $10,000 for an out-of-state Attorney and they are asking for a retainer plus expenses.

Re; Predatory Taxation
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We are writing because enough is enough, in America you are entitled to have a fair and equitable representation, and if not “In God We Trust" is a lie. Iris & Pablo M. are legal US citizens from birth and both of us have their bachelearate Degrees but it seems that since our Degrees are not in Taxation, we have been treated as criminals. In 1995 Pablo M. started a small minority business, (MBE) certified by the State of Missouri, in 1998 he was audited by the IRS for taking S-Corporation credits expenses he had starting this Small Minority Company. This IRS Agent Dennis Cromley, placed Pablo's business as a C-Corporation had took back ALL credits, making him delinquent for taxes 1995-1998. This being a travesty for a small minority business that had no government loans or benefits drove Pablo to close his business. Because of this stupidity in taxation, discrimination, hatred by the IRS; Iris & Pablo have had repeated, annual audits and confrontation by the IRS. To add injury and malice; the State of Missouri decided that ," if you owe the IRS - You owe the State of Missouri" and placed a 100% garnishment on Iris salary, a law abiding citizen that had absolutely nothing to do with this business. In 2003, after repeated problems with Kansas city attorneys, CPA's and Tax Organizations as JK Harris, we used a Tax Attorney, Dennis Boman, whom did nothing for Iris and Pablo but get a payment schedule with the State until the IRS case could be resolved. Til today this has not happen, but the State of Missouri is using its predatory ruthless practices to again place another 100% garnishment on Iris' salary. This complaint is not on the IRS; it is on the State of Missouri, its representatives and Taxation Department. The following are our first hand experience and complaints.
1. State of Missouri (herein as; Jennifer Fifel, acting Prosecutor(816-881-1648) is claiming the IRS has settled, which it has not.
2. State is refusing to take advise from Representative Hargus E.A. helping Iris & Pablo M. on the IRS case.
3. State is refusing to assist, settle, time limit to put up-to-date payments or give any arrangement that will help Marquez Family.
4. State Representative Carol Burguess has not assisted in any way but continues with the same predatory approach.
5. Michael Huffman, Director of Prosecutor Office has not called to clarify reasons for Garnishment.
6. Jennifer Fifel, assistant Prosecutor, claims that she investigated our file thoroughly to make this garnishment effective, she has been accusatory, mean spirited and predatory, she made intentional conclusions on Iris & Pablo before due date and did nothing when we submitted payments of prior years.
7. Jennifer Fifel, assistant Prosecutor, used inappropriate investigative assumptions, tactics and surmised this case erroneously, with the Request for Writ Execution and Garnishment there is an error on balance that has been misappropriated against the Marquez'.
8. We pleaded with Jennifer Fifel, assistant Prosecutor to have a re-consideration based on Iris' medical condition, recent major surgeries and health conditions to which she has refused., stating , “she can continue this without end".
9. We pleaded with Jennifer Fifel, assistant Prosecutor to consider the medical surgeries expenses for August 2005, and January 2006 that exceeded $5000 out-of-pocket but she refused and demonstrated apathy of a dis-hearted maniac.
10. We pleaded with Jennifer Fifel, assistant Prosecutor , she considered we doubled-up to avoid not paying the state in a timely manner, to this she said, “even for One payment we can garnish".
11. Jennifer Fifel, assistant Prosecutor, intentions, purpose and behavior is not to help, assist or manage but that of destroying, damaging and using de-constructive mannerism over-reaching her Prosecutor Profession, Licensure and Job description. Her ruthless, malice unprofessionally is not what America should uphold in any position serving its citizen and especially those in a medical hardship condition.
12. Finally, Pablo has lost his job effective 2-23-07.
We request an investigation into; mis-representation, fiduciary mis-appropriations, ethical mal-practice, discriminatory behavior, harassment, using personal over-reaching practices and methods, and that if any of these practices are true that Jennifer Fifel, assistant Prosecutor and M. Huffman, Director of Prosecutor Office be reprimanded to include terminated.
Our conclusion is clear State of Missouri, is practicing unfair, malicious governance against minorities and the poor. Since this was a seven(7) day garnishment notification, we will give you the same timeframe to conclude your investigation, at which time we will get this information out to 10 million per day internet web site, and we will also place every persons name, whom we have notified, your responses on this web page. We are disappointed with a people claiming to be the greatest this and that when you actually act like (primarily white)hill-billies.
They will try to get money anyway - even criminally!
