Review – [semantik] ‘reality’ EP CD

Assemble representatives from the medical and legal professions and you would expect a fairly bland lot, nonetheless. Not as far as [semantik] are concerned, however. This sampling from those professions notwithstanding the prognosis is quite the opposite to that which one would expect in these circumstances.

Did that make sense? Well, with friends like Temporal Lobe, their larger-than-life sound that might be compared to Bob Sledge meets Faith No More will make all the sense you need. Five tracks is what you get on this recording which needs to be played at no less than 100db – stuff what the neighbours say!

Get into it any way you can - [semantik] will only disappoint their own parents, who were doubtless looking forward to their sons’ respected careers! You are held indemnified from as many subsequent opinions as hitherto required nonethelessêêê
