Track 9 of Anne Kirkpatrick’s “Cry Like a Man” album is the Watson/Connolly penned Hit & Run. It is also the second single from the album and the first for Anne for 1998.

Hit & Run is a much more up-beat track than the previous release (Many Mothers/Heart of the Land), looking at life through the eyes of another victim of a love-‘em ‘n’ leave-‘em scam in a Wolverines rock-a-beat rollin-down-the-highway boogie sorta way!
