ChipChocChic Pound Cake
So sweet, it even makes a Cardassian weep!
1 cup shortening
2 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1/4 pounds white chocolate
1/4 cup hot water
3 cups sifted cake flour
1/2 tea spoon baking powder
1/2 tea spoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 tea spoon vanilla

Icing:
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
1/4 poind white chocolate
1 tea spoon vanilla
Cake: cream shortening and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Melt white chocolate over hot water in top of double broiler Cool and add to sugar mixture. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to sugar mixture, beginning and ending with flour. Add vanilla. Pour into large, greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Cool in pan 15 minutes then invert on cooling rack.

Icing: Combine margarine, evaporated milk, sugar, and white chocolate in heavy saucepan. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute then remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat until thick. Pour over cool cake. Give the bowl to the cat to lick out the rest.
Yummy Ice Cream Pie
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 jars caramel topping
1 cup chopped kavanuts
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 gallon ice milk, any flavor
OR nonfat yogurt
Mix flour, oatmeal, kavanuts and melted butter and press on cookie sheet 1/4" thick. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown. Cool and divide in half. Crumble half in bottom of 9"x13" dish. Drizzle jar of caramel topping over crumbs. Spoon in softened ice milk/yogurt. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Drizzle another jar of caramel topping over crumbs. Freeze.
Creamy Cheese Cookies
1/4 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/4 table spoon vanilla
1 pkg cake mix (your choice)

Cream butter and cheese. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add cake mix (dry), 1/3 at a time, mixing well after each addition. (If mixer is used, add last third of cake mix by hand.) Cover, chill 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375�. Drop by scant tea spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
