The power to throw energy balls is a very common demonic power. The more powerful energy balls will instantly incinerate their victims, but lower voltage ones or energy balls thrown by weaker demons will merely hit their victim with a degree of force, usually knocking them to the floor or into a wall.
Flaming Out
Flaming out is a method of transportation for higher level demons. They are engulfed in a ferocious set of flames as they disappear, and then almost instantaniously they reappear in the desired place in the same show of flames that they left in.
