Trip to Virginia
photo
Vacation is what you take when you can't take what you've been taking any longer.
- Earl Wilson

Today after math class, I will be retreating home to regroup and get ready for a little trip down to Virginia. Yes, it is exciting. My sisters and I will be visitng Southern Virginia University (for Laura), Washington and Lee University (for Sarah), and a friend who lives in Maynesboro, Michael.

It will be warm, which is nice. Unfortunately, it will also be rainy, though I still have a chance of taking some good vacation pictures. I crave new adventures to scrapbook. Best we not allow future children think I'm a loser.

In other news, I get to scan my own fingerprints and put together a presentation on them for Monday. I'm very thankful that the prints I provided myself are very clear. Maybe if I like how they scan, I'll post the pretty ones online. (Oh yes, I would.)

The semester is finally waning. I'm completely freaked about finding a roommate in Salt Lake; need to talk to Kira and see if she's settled on giving a roommateship with me a shot, and if she has, if she has apartment leads.

And also... exciting!!... I think an idea for a non-fantasy, non-dark-comedy story is starting to gel in my head. It involves dissociative fugue. It could be really, insanely fun. Wish me luck!
