Dear Family and Friends. 

     Phil had his MRI today.  Tomorrow morning we will get to talk to and see the Nero surgeon that did his surgery.  He will explain the MRI to us.  Phil seems to be having more trouble with his speech lately.  We aren't sure what that is all about.  He can talk but it is more of a struggle enunciating his words.  It will be good to see if the MRI has anything new on it that will explain this.  It's not a huge difference but I noticed it and brought it up and he has noticed it too.  Then tomorrow at noon he has a Physical Therapy appointment.  I may try to talk with the speech therapist if she has a minute.

     We also had a consult with Dr. root this afternoon and he wants Phil to come in for a new sleep study ASAP so he will go in tomorrow night at 8PM and be done at 8AM Thursday morning then we  have a appointment to talk with him about the study  at 8AM and hope to get me out of there by 9AM so I can get to work by 10AM.  I said these would be marathon days this next few weeks.  I am concerned about this speech thing with Phil.  I have heard that there can be mini strokes after a stroke. We ask for prayer that this is not the case.  We want to be done with the stroke thing and get on to the healing.
