Hi Friends and Family,

My sweet husband was able to give me some kisses today. Wow this is so( I don't even have a word for it) the emotions just are some I have never had before they are SO BIG. Phil is so precious in all of this. He was able to respond to me a little today answering my yes and no questions he had a little tear in his eye when we sang and prayed with him. He tried to sit up and get close to me but I had to hold him down telling him that usually he is the boss but I am the boss of if he gets to sit up or not yet. He laid back and rested then.

He looked at me but you can tell his eyes are not together. His vision is not right, pray that it will get completely healed, he will be able to handle working without his wood but to have his reading messed up too would be too much. He just loves to read about Jesus and study his word. My son in law Josh looks forward to reading to him, He is a younger Phil in that sense. I may have to become a "real reader" for him. Oh but I hope not.

I was able to sleep from 10PM till 12PM last night and then 4 more hours, Thank you all for the cards and prayers and food and Tea and love and hugs (I Really miss Phil's his are THE BEST) and visits and emails and flowers and gifts and Jeff your TEXT message (feel free to call). Visits are welcome for me but Phil is really only to have family and Pastor in the ICU. I will be even more ready for visitors out in the lobby especially next week when my family is alllll worn out and I sweep my kids back to work. Pray for them they are not able to function at work yet especially Sam will have a hard time reviewing cases all day SS disabilities dept. job that he has. He has a really tender heart and with so many hurting people to analyze every day will just bring his mind back to his Dad. Well I hope to sleep a little better tonight.

Please pray, Prayer is the power released into our lives, one that is not available through any other activity on earth. It breaks down walls, unites our hearts and leads us to look to and depend on Jesus and not ourselves.
