SPIRITULAL HEALTH
Defenition of health now include spiritual component also.so religions have scientific importance also.one can say that relegion is not related to spirituality...but u have already a road.why you make your own road and then travel?
As a hindu im trying to read some stuffs.actually i like it as a mental exercise.shivathandavasthotram is difficult to study read these lines "jadakadaaha sambhramabhrama nnilimba nirghary, viloolaveechivallary viragamaana murdhany,dhakadhakadhaka jwallallada bhatta paavake,kishorachandrasekhare nadypradakshinam mama'sanscrit).Narayaneeyam also contain tough and beautiful lines like this....actually im reading only one third which i must study and two third others since my younger ages.but this is a dangerous formula for sucess in current scenerio of education....but i can only be happy this formula even if i fail exams...this is one of my spiritual way..):
