If the media would publish pictures like these (see above) on their front pages maybe people would think twice about the "Stop Snitching" movement that is allegedly so popular among people in the hood. But if you looked out of your window and saw jackals or tigers or packs of wild dogs roaming your neighborhood, terrorizing your streets wouldn't you call pest control? We must begin to see that anyone who doesn't tell the information they have about crimes they witness is A COMPLICITOR IN THE CRIME THAT THEY WITNESS and if it is proven that a person has facts about a crime that they withold, THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED AS ACCOMPLISES!
