Ok.. Just testing the waters here. Didn't know you could connect blogs in such a way.. I'm getting it together. I've been told to blog for a long time, and I'm still trying to get the hang it. I'm not the journal writing type, but I'll give it a shot!

Today, I had a conversations with a friend about using BCC to send out mass mailings of jokes or ecards for the holiday season. Everyone like to forward these emails, but more people need to use BCC. No one would like to get spam from people because of a forwarded emails. One time I got an email with over 100's of email addresses on them, because they have been forwarded over 5-6 times with 20-30 email addresses each time.

Now if I was a newbie network marketer, and didn't know about the spam laws, I could have took all those email addresses and sent out an article or ezine about my business, hoping to get a response. Next thing I know, I'm getting in trouble with my marketing company.

You only need one address in the TO: section & put the rest in the BCC: I like to put one of my other addresses in the TO: section, so I can continue to forward later for new contacts and such. Great way to have a place for all your mass mailing emails together. So as you add contacts, you don't have to look for that particular email..

When you're building you contacts, try to have as many shortcuts as possible. Even if you group your contacts together, you should still put them in BCC when sending out the mails. Wouldn't you like to read an email, without having to scroll through pages of forwarded emails addresses?

Besides.. It's looks good to only have one email address in your heading. It's makes it more personal from the sender. My senior business partner informed me of this technique along time ago, and even I forgot to pass it on..
