This morning on the radio I heard that no one won the Powerball Jackpot. They expect it to rise to 350 million.

Then I see this story on the coast guard capturing a private submarine with 350 million dollars worth of cocaine.

Could this be a government conspiracy? Where is the Weekly World News when you need them?
