I took today off to get some much needed yard work done. With triplets, our time is so precious, you have to do things like waste a vacation day for yard work. The picture is of Gagey (Gage E.) in his little deuce coupe. Where else would you make a number 2 ?

Some one asked, " what are the grandparents like?" Well Amy's parents seem to be the people we are leaning on. Amy's mother, Cathy, watches the kids 4 days a week, as she did today. When ever the kids do something clever like peek-a-boo or SOOO Big, we have Grandma to thank. Grandpa will come over on thursday nights to help out. The kids' favorite game is to have a blanket thrown over thier heads, and Grandpa always delivers.

My parents still live on the farm I grew up on in Northern Illinois.  Mom will be retiring in June and will then have the freedom to make the ten-hour trek at will. We will be seeing both of them at the end of the month for the kids 1st birthday.

Gotta run. I still have 16 bottles to make and then do dishes.
