Even though we are in rainy weather right now, this past weekend had gorgeous weather. We took the kids outside on Sunday to play in their new playpen. I worked in the yard while Amy played with the kids in the playpen. Most of the neighbors stopped by to say hi, and most of them even got smiles from the kids. We put the moving blankets under the pen because the kids don’t like the grass yet.

Katherine had a doctor’s appointment on Tuesday where she had an upper GI done to rule out a few things about her gas problems. We think she has some food allergies, but we wanted to rule everything out. She did great at the office. She is such a little sweetheart. We have to get her to stop biting, though. That is causing some problems.

Her and Gage have this love/hate relationship. They always follow each other around laughing, and in the next second they will be pushing, shoving and hair-pulling. There can be a million toys around them, but each tries to take the toy the other is playing with. Nolan is the sly one. He will let them have the toy, knowing that once they have it, they will loose interest in it. They will set it down, and Nolan will snatch it back. Now that he is crawling, he doesn’t fight to the death for a toy anymore.
