Today is my mommy's birthday ... 49 and fabUlous *snaps fingers 2 times in a circle* lol ... I saw pictures of her today and she looks amazing. Being once 500+ pounds and now melting away at a 343 Image after 1 and half years post-op surgery. Seeing her did nothing but motivate me. She to the unconventional route ... but I can't hate ... she needed it as it was a matter of life or death. Me I'm not at that stage ... but if I continue the route I'm going ... many more health problems ... aside from my MS .. I can't help that Image lol ... may arise. The weather is nice and everybody is wearing their summer attire ... but I can't. And that only motivates me more too!My boyfriend wanted to go out last night ... I was a little afraid ... but!!!! ... I still went anyway. Instead of fried rice ... I chose steamed ... instead of fried chicken ... i had mine baked ... and instead of fried veggies ... I opted for the steamed ... I'm getting good at this ... I did go to the gym walked at an elevation on the treadmill for 30 mins and did some inner thigh, and arm strength training on the free weights.

What I ate today:

100 oz of water/Vitamins

B:Slimfast

S:Protein Bar

L:Slimfast 3/4 of can

S:Protein Bar

D: Chicken, Rice and veggies

S: 1/2 Protein Bar (HomemadeImage) ... I messed up the recipe
