So today I could have really done much better. I of course over did it with the healthy in moderation snack bars from Slimfast. They tasted like candy ... I got weak. I also did not really exercise. I was so sleepy ... I went straight home instead of to the gym. But I shall start over on tommorow. I got in more water than yesterday which is always good. So I hope to have a better strategy for the remainder of this week. I did compile a timeline of 87 days for this current plan and I am excited. I should be able to drop 30 pounds this summer ...Image... that's ifffff I eat right and learn to say no! I have a few inspirations ... some real people for many different reasons ... I think I'm going to compile a list a reasons why I want to do this ....okay .... see ya later ...

Here is what I ate:

B: Slimfast

S: Pineapple, Banana

L: Grilled Chicken, Spinach, Sun Chips, Hmus. FF Dressing

S: 2 slimfast bars ... apple

D: Pinto Beans 2 Cups

S: 2 slimfast bars

70 Oz of Water

No exercise!!!
