Yes I did it!!! Today I'm pleased to announce that with much reluctance, and internal struggle I did very well with what I ate! I didn't go to the gym. But I will not beat myself up for it ... Oh how I would have loved to eat a tasty piece of lemon pound cake from Starbucks!!! ... or picked up a 5 piece Chicken Selects meal @ Mickey D's!!!Image .... I have developed a strict food and exercise plan and I plan on really sticking to it. I am so proud of myself. I'm off to a good start ... I usually never get past the first day.Image So ... I will move my body tommorrow ... Starting with a brisk morning 25 min walk @ spending some time at my gym for a while ... I will be back to let the world know how I did ... YES!!Image

66oz of water/Women's Daily Vit.

Breakfast: Slimfast

Snack: Pear

Lunch: Slimfast

Snack: Apple

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Lasagna Dinner, 8 Wheat Thin Crackers
