Breakfast: McDonald’s Sausage biscuit w/ egg and cheese

Snack: 2 McDonald’s Apple Pies

Lunch: McDonald’s Sausage biscuit w/ egg and cheese

Snack: Can of Sprite – Handful of Runt candies

Dinner: 2 large pieces of sausage pizza

Snack: 2 slices of Reese Cup Pies

*Today was the end of my non-healthy life. I ate some of my favorite foods, and it’s time to put it in the past! I am ready ... to begin a fabulous lifestyle of fitness! I will begin tommorrow by starting a basic SlimFast diet. I will also gradually work my way back into exercising at the Gym, taking vitamins, and drinking water ... So here it goes!
