| Fifa 2002 Review By: Brian Alspaugh Do you watch soccer? Are you a huge soccer game fan? Do you even know what a Red Flag means? None of this matters in FIFA 2002 the new soccer game by EA Sports for Nintendo's Gamecube. This is the first game I have bought for the Gamecube and there is good reason why. On top of all the options, modes, great sound and graphics this game is just ... Fun! This is a great game to fire up with 3 friends. The control is great. It's one of the first soccer games to give the player all the responsiblity. If a passed is messed up, It's probably your fault for not giving it enough power or passing in the wrong direction. It's also not very likely that you will run the ball right up to the net, shoot and score. This game requires some stragtegy and planning. One thing that you probably won't like about this game is that you don't actually play in the World Cup. As the name of the game suggests it's just a road to the cup. Other than this small detail the game worth a purchase. Overall I suggest you pick this title up even if you don't like soccer. You won't be dissapointed with this gem I give FIFA 2002 9.0 out of 10 |
