Well, we have been out into the deserts of Australia on four active tours of duty.Looking for the elusive
"Min Min" lights, which are believed to be earth light type phenomena.The name is aboriginal.
They have been observed since before the white man came here.
What are they?,thats the sixty million dollar question.We dont know.No one does.
Ignorant people start talking about car headlights/towns/glowing "birds" etc.But they dont explain the good cases.We have spoken to stockmen/roo shooters etc about the lights chasing and reacting to the movements of observers.
Ufo "researchers" using the term loosely, like to suggest, from the comforts of their armchair, that the lights are "alien probes".Sure they are.
Most Ufo/ghost "researchers" do not investigate the lights , because there is not much of an "alien" association with them.
Besides collecting stories of experiences they dont do much else.They believe that the more stories they collect = mystery solved.Why , we dont know.
If the basketball sized light is seen in a graveyard, it is liable to, be labelled a "ghost". Move the light into a the desert/country area,place it about 10 feet into the air and it can be called a Min Min light.
Move the same light up into the sky, and presto, we have a Ufo.
Simple analogy we realise but true.
Most odd things caught on normal film are due to Ultra violet radiation effecting the film.UV goes into areas we cannot see into.The beauty of ired film is that you get a bite at the UV and a bite at the Ired.
2 shots at once, so to speak.
The people that have some form of "paranormal ability" do better than people that dont at "achieving "
odd shots.Why, we do not know for sure, yet.

We just finished shooting a story using heart monitoring equipment connected to telemetry equipment.At one stage I was watching the readout of someones heart beat.Problem being, we could see the device via the monitor.It was sitting on a table , not connected to anyone.Something was moving near the device , and the changing magnetic field was causing the device to react.Pro cameraswere registering battery problems, there were power problems etc all in one area of the house.
There are definite forms of "hard" evidence associated with the paranormal,sadly most scientists are mislead by bullshit tabloid exploitation stories that misrepresent ideas and things.
A perfect example is this.
In an area of the Northern Territory, large lights were often seen.The 7.30 report , a Sydney
ABC show sent up a crew to record the phenomena.
They manage to 1/video the locals setting up deckchairs2/interview the nutsy locals etc.
A big red light appears in the Northern part of the sky.They do not video this.
A FA18 comes from the south and chases the light.They do not video this.
The story appears the following night."The whole thing was a setup by the locals.No lights/plane appeared.How x file like eh.
Some moron was being quoted as saying that luminous birds were causing the problem, end of story.
Ghost research is just as constrained by collectors of tales, and nothing more
We do not believe that the Ufo "problem" will ever be solved.The phenomena is to complex.
Study the work of Vallee/Little/Deveraux/Persinger/Sanderson/Schwartz/Harpur/Constable
even McKenna and Kerry Mullins the Nobel Prize winner.
They all point to a complex,nebulous phenomena that is far more bizarre than most block
head Ufologists are aware of.
