GIN'S PICKLED EGGS



1.  Boil 18 eggs; peel eggs
2.  To 1 quart vinegar add 10 peppercorns, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tsp 
salt and 1 broken dried pod of red pepper; bring to a boil
3.  Pour liquid over peeled eggs
4.  Age in refrigerator at least one week
