1 lb ground beef or sausage 1 tsp oregano
� tsp salt 1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans tomato sauce 1 can mild enchilada sauce
12 tortillas 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 finely chopped onion 1 small can sliced olives
1. Brown meat with oregano, salt and garlic
2. Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce and warm over medium heat; dip tortillas in heated sauce
3. Spread three (3) tortillas in greased 9X13" casserole
4. Make layers of meat, cheese, onion, olives, sauce and remaining
tortillas beginning with tortillas and ending with cheese
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 324 degrees
