CHEESE ROUNDS



1 C butter	                       2 eggs
2 C grated sharp cheddar	       2 1/4 C sifted flour
� tsp salt	                       dash paprika

1.  Cream butter and 1 egg, mix well; stir in next four (4) ingredients
2.  Form into a ball, chill one (1) hour
3.  Roll 1/4" thick; cut into 1 1/4" rounds; place on baking sheet
4.  Brush with remaining egg (beaten); sprinkle - if desired - with
sesame seeds
5.  Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees
