BUL GHOKI



2 � lbs flank steak	           � C soy sauce
2 T sugar	                   � tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ginger	                   4 green onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic	                   3 tsp sesame seed oil

1.  Combine all ingredients and marinate beef at least two (2)
hours (the longer, the better)
2.  Slice beef into strips; skewer with metal or bamboo skewers
3.  Grill to desired doneness
4.  Serve over bed of rice
              (Also a good marinade for chicken to be grilled)
