1 � C sugar � C biscuit mix (Bisquick, etc) 1/3 C melted butter 1 C buttermilk 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend �til smooth (may be mixed by hand). 2. Pour into buttered pie pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
