A COMPANY REWARD POLICY STATEMENT

A reward policy statement for a medium sized ‘British’ manufacturing company usually consists of 3 main elements: Financial Rewards, Other Financial Rewards and Non-financial Rewards. The simple purpose of these elements are to provide all company employees a desirable work and social environment.

 

FINANCIAL REWARDS: i.e. Salary and Performance Related Pay

OTHER FINANCIAL REWARDS: i.e. Sick Pay, Pension, Loans, Discount Facilities and Medical Insurance.

NON-FINANCIAL REWARDS: i.e. Annual Holiday, Compassionate Leave, Child Care, Company Cars and Travel, Uniforms, Sports and Social Facilities, Award For Good Practices, Other Benefits
