Meet your local physiotherapist
Lynn Wright has been your local physiotherapist since
1992, when he moved
to the area from Melbourne. Prior to that he had visited the area regularly since 1973.
He is registered in NSW as a physiotherapist and psychologist,
and is an Accredited Masseur, with memberships of
The Australian Physiotherapy Association
The Australian Psychological Society
The International Society of Hypnosis
The Australian Association of Massage Therapists
and over 15 years of service to the local community through his
work and volunteer organisations, and as a Justice of the Peace.
Prior to qualifying as a physiotherapist, Lynn gained experience in a wide variety of jobs, giving him unique insight to many work situations, which helps him now in understanding the physical and psychological stresses his clients experience in their various industries. He is actively engaged in ongoing professional development.
Lynn's community involvement has included
giving talks to local community groups
service with the Woolgoolga Surf Lifesaving Club (patrol member, Patrol Captain, First Aid Officer)
Woolgoolga Sea Rescue (including past duties as Secretary)
Woolgoolga Neighbourhood Centre, which he helped establish, with whom he served as Interim Chairperson and inaugural President
Sport - keen squash player (member of Woolgoolga Club until its demise), body surfer and ocean swimmer.
