"Dawn" is out of Jones By-Chance and Jones Cajun 4 - Sox and like Gidget came from Knitehunt Kennels in Tunas Missouri. Dawn is one squirrel crazy tree dog! She is not real mouthy on tree but barks plenty well for you to locate her. Dawn is not an on the woods type tree dog but rather backs up and watches for the squirrel to run out. I have seen only very few squirrels loose Dawn by timbering out and those few were in the deepest of cover. Dawn is a hard hunting little dog who enjoys hunting "with" her handler and will hunt for what ever type of game you put her on. This little dog has plenty of heart and will get out there and tree with the best of 'em! If this gal barks treed you better be ready to fling some lead because she just don't bark unless the meat is there!
Not only is Dawn a fine little hunting dog but she is also the best house/family dog you could ever ask for. She loves to set beside you and cuddle on the couch while watching a good movie! Dawn is also producing some awsome pups and is the Dam to both my Toby dog and also Mena!!
Dawn is our little princes and every one who meets her falls madly in love, she just has a magnetic personality. We are very proud to have her here at our home! |
