To promote interest in special types of automotive and civic activities.
To create skill and sportsmanship among the members and other motorist.
To conduct club operations and activities in such a manner as to bring about clearer understanding of its purpose and better relationship between this organization, law enforcement agencies, civil authorities, and the general public
To encourage safety in automotive maintenance and operation; which emphasizes the members responsibility for the safety and legality of their vehicles.



To be eligible for membership one must be a person of good character interested in automotive activities. To become a member, an applicant must own a car or truck that fits the following categories:

  • Street Rod

  • Classic

  • Factory High Performance

  • Street Machine

  • Antique

  • Special Interest



Every year the Olde Yankee Street Rods sponsors three scholarships for those interested in the trade vocation. The students are selected from the surrounding area schools.
We have a"cruise- in" July 18th 2009 at McDonalds in Canaan Ct. Rtes 7 & 44. .
And our Annual Car Show is held on the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. This year is our 41st ANNUAL SHOW


Olde Yankee Meetings are held the first Wed. of the month at the VFW Great Barrington Ma.
Dues are $10.00
