'The next two weeks are critical'

in Oklahoma City, morning of October 27, 2000: ;"I saw Isaiah 32 and the Lord began to speak to me: I AM setting My course for judgment upon the States of this land.   I will be judging the states of this land and judgment will be evident by February 2002.   Judgment will come based upon the complacency of the church from state to state.   For you have thought judgment would come based upon the civil government that is in place but I would say to you that judgment will come because of the complacency of My people.

BY FEBRUARY 2002 -
What is set in motion NOW will manifest by February 2002.   It is important NOW HOW you motivate those around you to respond to Me saith the Lord.   For that is how I will determine those that go into drought and who goes into natural disaster based upon the response of My people now.   I say to you also I will release judgment from State to State based upon the response that I see concerning My Spirit dwelling on this earth. For I say it is My Spirit that is the restraining force in this land and based upon how My Spirit is welcomed in a territory is how I will begin to allow demonic forces to rise up and how I will begin to dethrone demonic forces. So I say to you, do not be a people who operate in false judgment for My judgment will come only based upon complacency and My judgment will only come upon the welcoming of My Spirit into your territories. This will be a time of determining the authority at the gates of your cities and states. The rulership of the gates is being determined NOW.

KEYS IN MY HAND -
I am reviewing authority from city to city, state to state and region to region.   I have keys in My HAND.   I know who and when I can release these.   I know those who have been tested and who will be used in the future. I am going to begin to orchestrate the establishment of worship throughout this nation saith the Lord. And I say as I orchestrate worship and as those respond to Me in worship I say cities will rise or cities will fall.   How My people begin to worship NOW is how the atmosphere will begin to change from region to region.   So I say toyou this will be the time of change and how you respond now will cause the changes of the future. As true worship penetrates the heavens, I will release judgment on false worship. Innocent blood has been shed because true worship has not been released.   Hail and fire will be an indicator that I AM dealing with those regions who have aligned with Tophet and Moloch and sacrificed wrong offerings.

A TIME OF DELIVERANCE FOR CHILDREN -
These next two years will be a time of deliverance for children. For I say to you abortion is linked with false idolatrous worship and I Am about to cause a dethroning by the release of My power through true worship. Gather and worship Me from state to state throughout the land and I will deliver even those who have not yet been born. Remove false judgments for I am setting a new course of righteousness and I say those that I place into places of authority--- surround them with your shields of faith, for I long to hide them so that a righteousness can be seen that has not been seen before. Therefore, they must stay shielded so that they might display My righteous judgments.

WAR WILL NOW BREAK OUT -- IN THE NEXT 18 MONTHS -
War will now break out in these next 18 months. This will be a war of great spiritual magnitude. The war will be over the boundaries of the future-- for the enemy has shifted boundaries. There is a war over the justice of this land.   I will establish justice in the midst of My people therefore there will be war over laws that have been established wrongly.   Know that you are warring with an antichrist system therefore do not feart his supernatural war that I am calling My people to be engaged in. Align yourself properly for war.

WATCH AND WATCH WITH ME -
Watch Me, and learn to watch with Me!   Now is the time of determining the future!   As of this day because you have responded I have moved a shield out across your state [Oklahoma] that is allowing you to hear and be shielded of things that will be coming in the next 2 years saith the Lord. I long to do this from state to state.   I say do not take this for granted, for though this shield has been set in place, you must respond and continue to break down the complacency of this state.   Complacency stops or distorts vision. If you will begin to stir faith I will reveal how the enemy has shielded the workers of iniquity in your state.   Lawless structures will be revealed. Those cities that do not respond to My Spirit -- I say the shield will be shifted from them and lawlessness will manifest in their midst. Cry out for My shield of faith to be established from state to state.'

INVITATIONS OFFERED TO CITIES

The Lord is looking for cities upon which He can place the seal of His name.� These will not only be cities of refuge but also cities of exportation, as ever increasing measures of His glory will begin to be experienced in the church.� The cities which embrace this invitation and join together in unity will impart Divine Light to other areas of darkness throughout this nation and the nations of the earth.� There will be certain cities across the nation that will be receiving invitations from the Lord to become cities upon which He desires to place His name and all of the divine attributes expressed through His name.� One of the key elements in this invitation is to allow the Lord to do it His way and not by the methods of man.� It is extremely difficult for the Lord to have His way entirely within cities and churches without the control of man inhibiting the flow of His Spirit and anointing necessary to accomplish divine purposes.� Where His name is there His presence will be also.

The cities that will be receiving these invitations must be willing to enter into unity among the leadership without schisms and division and self-serving agendas nullifying the grace of God.

With this invitation a question is also being posed, ?will the leaders of these cities be willing to lay down their own agendas in order to take up His divine invitation and opportunity??� Tokens of this opportunity can already be observed, particularly in other nations where the people humbled themselves and prayed, seeking Gods face and finding Him.

GENERAL INSIGHTS�

There will be a continuation of the patterns of natural disasters, earthquakes, storms, drought and rain as experienced in the past several years.� However, our focus in not to be placed upon these areas of hardship except to delegate the authority of the Spirit through intercessory prayer to combat the adversities.� A great responsibility is being placed upon the church to intercede, not only in the areas of natural disaster, but especially related to Israel and our willingness to stand in the gap for the natural seed of Abraham and the sovereign land of Israel.� A book of remembrance will record those who are willing to take their stand in the Fear of God for Israel during the days of her hardship.� Those who possess the fear of God greater than the fear of man will vigorously stand in the gap for Israel and find favor with God in the days of travail.� We should not only pray for the peace of Jerusalem, but also the veil be removed so Israel and her Arab neighbors will recognize the Messiah and return to Him and discover the Prince of Peace.� A great harvest awaits the Arab nations.

Although there will be continued fluctuations in the economy, the Lord did not reveal a collapse.

For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us?�� Your tackle hangs slack; it cannot hold the base of its mast firmly, nor spread out the sail. Then the prey of an abundant spoil will be divided; the lame will take the plunder.� And no resident will say, "I am sick"; the people who dwell there will be forgiven their iniquity.� (Isa 33:22-24) Satan is not going to be able to hold his ship together as the Lord begins the process of unveiling His government.� The Government of God has been in the embryonic stage of development.� In the coming days His Administration will begin to mature and take shape and exhibit some resemblance of what it is intended to be.� The Cross of Christ is the answer for all of the problems of humanity, and we are the agents through which He has chosen to appropriate His great redemptive plan.� This government will not be a ship charged by the plans and efforts of man to set sail...the wind of the Spirit will take this great ?ship of state? called the government of God to its ordained destination.

This is the year the righteous will ? pan for gold?...gold that never perishes.---� The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; the judgments of the LORD are true; they are righteous altogether. They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the drippings of the honeycomb.�� (Ps 19:9-10)

I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire, that you may become rich, and white garments, that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes, that you may see.�� (Rev 3:18)

This past month the Lord has given me fresh revelation which, I

believe, will be a confirmation to many of you.� These proclamations

are like a tapestry of mysteries that will unravel gradually across

the seasons of our prophetic journeys.

The Next Move of God is a Realm of Glory with signs and wonders

coming to prepare us for the end time judgments.� He is crying out for

a dwelling place, for a people whose hearts are ablaze with love for

His Son.� The Lord wants a marriage between the prophetic,

intercession and worship to usher in His glory, to enable the bride to

endure the persecution and martyrdom that lies ahead.

A Seer Anointing Released --�� A mystical realm is opening where we can go

Into the heavens and receive fresh revelation.� Some will literally travel

to the heavenly war-room to obtain God's wisdom and strategies for His

bride.� Returning to earth with His blueprint plans, they will be able

to mobilize troops into the nations.

Healing Rooms�-� These will explode all over the world.� Also, healing

teams will go to hospitals and to places in the world where epidemics

JOSEPH COMPANIES

Josephs Come Forth - Joseph Companies of apostolic men and women who

deal with the movement of resources and people are being established

in the nations.� This is strategic for global purposes!� God is

releasing "Joseph" from the dungeon in preparation for these

catastrophic world events.� Even though many nations are experiencing

a time of affluence as in Joseph's days, it's a time for God's people

A Season of Paradigm Shifts -� These Joseph Companies will emerge and

confront the "Pharaohs" of our age.� Some will have great favor and

the course of nations will be changed as they give divine revelation

and move in signs and wonders.

Martyrdom - Other nations will be judged as these "Josephs" shake the

evil world systems with the government of God.� Many will be martyred

as Satan vomits his rage upon the earth with unprecedented fury.

An Anointing for Land and Buildings -� Extravagant giving will result

in God releasing abundant revelation for the end times.� Prayer

warriors in the Kingdom are going to cry out for territory and God

will give it to them.� Architects, builders, and bankers will release

money and resources to establish beachheads.

AUTHORITY TO STOP WARS

The Rod of God - Governmental and financial shifting is taking place

as God moves heaven and earth to establish His Kingdom.� He is raising

up apostolic and prophetic men and women in the secular marketplace.

These power brokers will be given the authority to move huge financial

resources and even stop wars.� God will give them great wisdom to

enable them to contend with rulers and leaders in international

Protestant Monastic Communities -� The global prayer movement will

birth communities.� These ecumenical prayer communities will explode

throughout the earth and link with Catholic, Episcopal, Messianic,

Orthodox, etc.� movements, bringing healing to the Body of Christ.

Many will be international embassies - governmental headquarters of

Prophetic Servant Communities -� These multi-faceted and multi-layered

communities will train, equip and send forth the "troops".� The Lord

is raising up diversified groups around the globe with different

mandates and callings.� Training centers, healing rooms, missionary

schools, communication centers, etc.� will also emerge.

Generational Blessing - Mothers and Fathers will come forth to mentor

the generations.� A family of believers encompassing the widows,

divorced, married, singles, and all ethnic groups, young and old

alike, will be coming together as never before.

PEOPLE WILL LAY DOWN POSITIONS OF MINISTRY, JOBS, AND TITLES

Humility - A Low Humble Door - A place of common equality.� People

will lay down positions of ministry, jobs and titles to go through a

low, humble door.� It will be an "unrobing"to come in but we will be

embraced and "redressed" in the garments of the Lord.

A Time to Prepare - In birthing these communities, I believe God is

telling us we have time to get ready before evil rulers are solidified

and put into place.� See Psalms 2!� This is a time to prepare for the

end time judgments; a time to build communities, sanctuaries, and

cities of refuge before the economy crashes.

ANOTHER JESUS MOVEMENT

A Grass Roots Jesus People Movement - Many people will return to the

land and be drawn into a simple lifestyle free from debt, home

schooling or schools within the community, and raising their own food.

Silos for grain, medical clinics and different types of structures for

housing will be built.� Self-sustaining communities will be giving to

the poor.� Y2K was merely a dress rehearsal.

Prophetic Destinies are Being Accelerated by God's Timetable - There's

a fresh shaking and realigning of the players to get people into their

destiny and call.� Two radically opposing kingdoms are emerging and

becoming clearly visible on the world's scene.� Signs and wonders will

increase in the Kingdom of God to counteract the renewed Satanic

Revival unleashed on the world.
