We sent 10 youth to the Youth Team Tournament, consisting of Courtney Turvill, Erica Clayton, Kirstynn Schaus, Tanya Riddell, Sarah Dow, Taylor Schaus, Julia McCormick, Evan Van Moerkerke, Jesse Riddell, and Amy Schaefer. Julia McCormick with ZipLockNChill received a first in Hunter Under Saddle and a 7th in Hunt Seat Equitation, Sarah Dow with A Wishful Invitation received a sixth in Showmanship and made the cut in Hunt Seat Equitation, Tanya Riddell with Molly received an eighth in Hunter Hack, and Jesse Riddell with Tundra received an eleventh in Hunter Hack, Erica Clayton with Daddy's Dollar made the cut in Leadline and received a medallion, and Courtney Turvill received a medallion for participating in Leadline. The placings of the top six teams at the Youth Team are as follows: first place was Norfolk Saddle Club with 108 points second place was Silver Spurs Saddle Club with 97 points third place was Mitchell Horse Club with 53 points fourth place was Big Creek Saddle Club's red team with 40 points fifth place was Rambling Hills Saddle Club's blue team with 40 points sixth place was Durham Saddle Club's silver team with 39 points |
