| Slytherin's Year in Review...cont. |
| Slytherin also saw a few of the house clubs raised from the deeps of the Chamber of Secrets! First Arien Drakon returned to the fold and revived The Slytherin Secret Society, and we nominated and voted on new officers and new members joined in with either claiming a title or coming up with their own, all very Slytherin-ish. Here are a list of officers and members.
Officers: High King ~ Arien Drakon Prince of Darkness ~ Victor Mistress of Mischief ~ Beonca Aims Writer of Records ~ Oriana Bloom Keeper of Coins ~ Blair VanDurten Enforcer of Fun ~ Gred Weasley SSS ~ Lilly Merlin Blair VanDurten revised The Slytherin Salutations Club, in charge of welcoming newbies and helping them get around, so making sure birthday threads were open and various other things. Blair is very good at this along with making signature banners. She also is a huge help with the cheering committee for out Quidditch team. Another newer student came into the house and started getting involved; he created a new club called The Full Potter Secret Society. The aim was to get students involved, helping with homework, hosting parties and other things to keep the house involved and active. It was TFPSS who hosted out Secret Santa this year! We have a web site for bios and such, but Im not sharing that information, but here are the officers, members are just that, members. |
| Officers:
Head of Club - Samual Sim Second in Command - Beonca Aims Reprehensive - Oriana Bloom Potter know -it -all - Eltanin Wemyss Head of member relations - Jess Dark Wing Writer of the Members List - Club Dues Keeper - Blair VanDurten Head of Cub's Personal Assistant - Arien Drakon Second in Command's Assistant As to RPGs, games and stuff like that, we Slytherins like to keep that type of thing close to our vest, but Ill just say they are both very active areas. I like the games, my self, because you have to think on some and be pretty cunning. We have some of the best games around, I think. Another thing is when there is an announcement; everyone says something in it, sharing thoughts with each other is important to keep a house tight. We saw the entrance of Professor Kelina Bliss and her baby squid Threatspimp. Both a huge hit in the house! Threatspimp has a funny habit of hugging Professor Snapes leg, a crush and he also loved throwing things. Like mash potatoes at a certain head of House who likesyellow. Matter of fact, we had a great RPG that went on for quite a long time revolving around a food fight in the Great Hall, be on the look out for the book version in the library. Sadly Professor Bliss had to leave us, she was needed elsewhere and we then got Professor Delia Macintosh. A very suitable replacement without the squid, but she is very supportive and posts around. Students? Let me see, weve heard from severussnape on occasion, poor boy keeps getting grounded, Muggle parents, huh? Other new students must have gotten frightened off for a few posts they made then disappeared but others stayed and posted and are now a huge part of the house. Many of the new students have brought some really great talent, humor, and willingness to pull up their sleeves and doing what is needed to be a great house, You know who they are because we all have invaded the BB! We saw school-wide contests entered by the house, dances, and other things that the Slytherins seemed to put their mark on. One example is the Halloween dance, we were first to get our theme in, comic book heroes & villains, and couldnt have picked a better theme! |
| ZOWIE!! Weren't those all great? Sounds like everyone had a great year here and let's hope this next one is even more exciting! THANKS EVERYONE! |
