***Fireworks and explosions fill the American West Arena in Phoenix, Arizona as OWF starts off its final showdown, the last OWF card ever! Fans crowd in all over the arena as the camera shows President Diamond Kid standing front and center in the ring. With a piece of paper in his left hand, and a mic in his right, he brings the mic to his face and begins to speak.***

Diamond Kid - Ok everyone, hello and welcome to the final OWF show! Tonights card has been altered because so of our "LOYAL" OWFite could "NOT MAKE IT" here tonight. I think they need a lesson in loyality! But onto the card, tonight will only consist of one match, a hell in a cell world title match between Jaypac and Agent oo6! But thats not the only reason I am out here tonight, you see tonight I was confronted with a contract to reinstate the OWF into the wrestling industry yet again. But as I have said time and time again the OWF will never reopen! So to show you that I have a piece of paper in front of me that states I have all my rights to put OWF on the air at anytime of my choice on the OWF and MTV network, which means OWF could at anytime appear if we wanted, if I sign this and have it turned in by 12 noon tommmorow.

Shavonie - Good Gawd DK sign the damn contract! My job depends on it.

Burst - Your such an idiot Bobby! Thats why I went to LWL!

Diamond Kid - But that won't be happening, so to prove to you that OWF will NEVER be back...

***The Diamond Kid tears the contract down the middle and throws it to the mat.***

Diamond Kid - Now lower the god damn cage.

***The Diamond Kid slides outta the ring and the cage begins to lower.***

Ring Announcer - The following contest is scheduled for one fall and a World title steel cage match. Comming to the ring at this time.. A former OWF 2x World Heavyweight Champion... Agent oo6! And his oppenent also a former 2x champion... Jaypac!

The cage lowers around the two men and the bell sounds. Agent stands in the ring not moving a muscle as if he doesn't care what happens. Jaypac runs at him as the bell sounds, Agent oo6 delivers a drop toe hold and applies an arm bar hammerlock driving his knee into the back of Jaypac. Agent lets go and the two men jump to there feet and go into a staredown, Jaypac draws back and nails Agent oo6 in the face with a right hand, Agent returns the favor and the two men go into a fist brawl. Agent grabs Jaypac by the back of the head and smashes his face against the cage, Jaypac falls to the mat and looks up with blood seaping from his forehead. Agent kicks him in the forehead and Jaypac falls back against the mat. Agent begins climbing the fencing on the cage until hes to the top, he meaures up and lets himself fall strait down in his attempt to crack Jaypac's ribs, Jaypac quickly rolls out of the way and Agent hits the mat twisting his ankle as he lands. Jaypac approaches him and delivers a hard european uppercut. Jaypac takes to the farside ropes and nails Agent with a drop kick. Jaypac gets back to his feet and slowly slides to the small ringside area between the cage. He reaches under the ring and pulls out a bag of tacks and spreads them along the floor. He climbs back on the ring aprian only to recieve a spin heel kick in the face by Agent oo6, Jaypac falls to the floor back first against the tacks.

Burst - I bet that one hurt!

Agent then goes to one side of the cage and begins pulling himself up the fencing, he climbs to the top of the cage and holds onto the top and slowly crawls his way over to above where Jaypac lays, suddenly the cages top begins to pop and the pannel Agent oo6 is holding onto breaks off, Agent comes crashing down with the cage still in hand on Jaypac. Agent looks up to see that half of the top of the cage has been ripped off now. Jaypac slides out from under the caging and pulls himself up by the side of the cage and begins climbing that pannel, the pannel becomes very wobbly, Agent stands under and runs at the pannel and pushes it over with Jaypac almost to the top of it. The pannel begins to fall backwards and then crashes against the announce table. Teh rest of the cage then follows, falling apart all over the arena. Bobby and Nick stand up then walk away from the mess.

Shavonie - Ahh Fuck it. I didn't get paid enough anyway.

Jaypac lays mangled in the mess of wires and caging. Agent oo6 walks to the time keepers table and grabs the world title, he walks over to where Jaypac lays under the broken announce table and places it over Jaypacs face gold part down. Agent steps to the top of the guard rails and jumps down ontop of the belt smashing Jaypacs face against the gold. Agent removes the belt to show the imprints of the gold markings against Jay's tarnished face. Agent then pulls him up and drags him by the hair into the ring, he rolls him in and lays him there in the center of the ring then Agent climbs to the top turnbuckle, he waits a few seconds then leaps off feet first, Jaypac moves and slides under Agent.. Low Blow! Jaypac gets to his feet and begins stomping away, he then slides out of the ring and lifts up a large piece of the cage and lays it over agent, Jaypac runs over him and jumps backwards off the ropes delivering a moonsault on Agent through the cage panneling. Jaypac pulls the pannel off Agent and lifts him up. He sends Agent into the ropes, but Agent holds the ropes instead of coming off them, Jaypac runs in and attempts a cross body block, Agent counters with a back body drop sending Jaypac over the ropes back onto the tacks. Agent runs off the farside and jumps over the ropes for a sucide dive, Jaypac moves and Agent nails the tacks on his back. Jaypac grabs Agent by the legs.. Hes strugles to turn him.. but he finally hooks him in the overdose with Agents chest digging into the tacks, AGent finally passed out due to pain. The bell sounds.

Ring Announcer - Here is your winner and first OWF three time world heavyweight champion.... Jaypac!!!
