A long black limosuine pulls up in the garage of the parking lot here at the Rupp Arena. The doors remain shut as a driver exits from the drivers side and walks over to the back of the car. The cameras remain focused down on the concrete as we see a pair of black boots set down onto the floor. He pushes himself up to a standing position as the camera remains focused on his feet. The camera fades to the intro as the man walks towards the arena doors.
A video package flickers on across the screen, showing the new breed of the OWF. Press on these tannins Of course the law is fountains The video shows highlights of the past year in the OWF, dating up to the latest events. You're right, I get it Do you want enough? As the vocals fade out, the logo of the OWF is fixated on the screen before fading out to black.
From black we open up with President Chase Johnson pacing back and forth in his office. He is on his cell phone with a concerned look on his face. Prez CJ - ...I don't care! I have two referees in the building tonight...and five matches....You know how easily these guys get injured?....I don't CARE if the reserves are stuck in Florida...I need them now! Just then, his door opens up and we see Greg Jackson walk into his office. He shuts the door and stands quietly with his duffel bag in hand as CJ ignores him. Prez CJ - FINE...Call me back! CJ closes his phone and looks at Greg. Prez CJ - What do you want? Greg Jackson - Well, I think we could help each other tonight...You seem to be low on referees, down to one. Prez CJ - NO..I have two left, you eavesdropping son of a -- Jackson - Didn't you hear? Jamal Anderson was just taken out? Prez CJ - WHAT?! Jackson - Yeah, so you only have one! CJ walks behind his desk, sitting down and holding his head while Greg takes a seat on the other side. Prez CJ - So, how can we help each other? Jackson - Well first, you have to help me....See, You promised me a new contract if I outlasted the Ape...And I did. I want that new contract. CJ sighs. Prez CJ - You're really going to do this now? Jackson - Well, I could attack the other referee. CJ glares at him. Prez CJ - So how can you help me? Jackson - Well how about you let me referee the Main Event tonight? But, I'll only do if it if you give me my contract NOW! Prez CJ looks down at the desk, before smiling. Prez CJ - Well, how about this. In the interest of fairness, I'll write up that contract right now...But it will not become official until you give me what I want in the Main Event. Jackson - Okay! I already got the shirt. Greg reaches into his bag and pulls out an OWF Referee shirt. Prez CJ - What the hell is that...is that blood? Jackson - NO.....IT's....ketchup! ANYWAYSSSS...What do you want to go down in the Main Event? Prez CJ - Well...let's discuss that, shall we? The camera pulls out of the office and fade to black. Suddenly they cut back on as the cameras pan in with "I Get It" playing in the sold-out Rupp Arena. The fans are exploding with cheers, waiving their arms or their signs as fireworks explode off the OWF Tron, which is playing the intro video once again. The cameras pan into the announcers as the pyro dies down. Falcoon - AHOOOOOOO! WELCOME to Monday Addiction live from the Rupp Arena! Dunn - Yeah, This card has me psyched too! Kissens - Really? Dunn - Absolutely. Didn't you hear? The Greatest Jobber of all time is coming back...You know who that is right? Falcoon - You? Dunn - Uhhhhh! NO! Kissens - Well, regardless...We have a stacked card tonight. We are bringing you four QFTB Qualifying match-ups. And we're going to start off hot with a highly contested match between the son of Zack Perry, former owner of MVW, against the man who shut it down, Piter Svoboda. Falcoon - After that we have Greg Jackson taking on Shyne in another Quest For The Best Qualifier Dunn - That should be a good one. Following that up, we'll have Plague taking on Mr. Good in the third QFTB Qualifier of the night. Kissens - In the final qualifier, we have Trent Steel taking on Jack Sullivan..which should be one hell of a brawl. Falcoon - And the main event of Moxie Roxie challenging Angel for his OWF Triple Crown Championship and his Blood half of the OWF Blood, Sweat and Tears Tag Team Championship in a PDA Match with Greg Jackson as the special guest referee. Kissens - Gotta think that CJ is convincing Greg to screw Angel. Dunn - Of course...CJ wants that belt off of him, pronto. Falcoon - There is no doubt about that. Dunn - Looks like Missy is ready to call the first match! Missy Janson - Ladies and gentlemen, it is time for the first match of the evening. The fans rush back to their seats as they cheer loudly for the card to start. Missy Janson - It is a singles match Quest For The Best Qualifier. The winner will be the third man entered into the eight man tournament at Quest For The Best on April 27th...Coming to the ring first, from Brandtford, Ontario, Canada...Vacant! Vacant's music hits as he slowly walks out from behind the curtains. The fans give him a mixed reaction as he stretches himself out while walking down the ramp. His eyes remain focused on the ring as he steps forward into a jog for the final steps before sliding under the bottom rope and into the ring. He retreats to the far side of the ring with his eyes now focused on the entrance ramp as his music fades out. Dunn - I feel bad for him. He didn't want this match. Kissens - And Trent Steel has his number, I'm sure, after that attack last week! Missy Janson - And his opponent, out of Boston, Massachusetts...Piter Svoboda! PA System - I'm a legend in my spare time! Piter's music hits the PA after those lyrics are spoken. He walks out from the back, not looking like himself. Falcoon - Uh, he doesn't look so great. Dunn - He hasn't been the same since he lost the Triple Crown. He walks down the ramp and slides into the ring, immediately running at Vacant as the referee calls for the bell. (Ding, Ding, Ding...) Piter attempts a clothesline, but Vacant ducks at the very last second. Piter bounces off the ropes and when he turns around, he is caught with a high dropkick to the jaw that sends him toppling over the top rope to the floor. Falcoon - The Vacancy! Dunn - It's any move that he dumps the guy to the outside! It's not a finisher at all! Kissens - Relax! Dunn - NO! Did you know how long it took me to perfect WELL DUNN! Falcoon - Two seconds? Dunn - I hate you! Piter becomes enraged, sliding into the ring and now looking for a wide roundhouse kick. Vacant dodges and rolls behind Svoboda, rolling him up with a school boy pin...1...2...3! Falcoon - HOLY CRAP! Piter stands up, going after the referee while Vacant slips out of the ring slowly with the fans cheering him on. Missy Janson - The winner of this match, and moving on to the Quest For The Best Tournament...VACANT! Dunn - What did we just see? Kissens - I am not really sure! Vacant runs up the ramp and escapes behind the curtain while Svoboda slowly exits the ring, walking away defeated before disappearing behind the curtain himself. Falcoon - Looks as if Svoboda won't be defending his QFTB Crown from 2007. Dunn - I don't think so! Suddenly, "Famous" by Puddle of Mudd hits the speakers, as the fans instantly begin to boo. From the back, Chris Green, Styxx and Stonze -- All three members of Corrupted walk onto the steel ramp. Green has his arm in a sling while Styxx and Stonze stand on either side of him, soaking in the heavy boos. Kissens - What are they doin here, y'all? Falcoon - I guess we'll find out. Green loves to talk. The three men walk down the ramp, with Styxx and Stonze sliding into the ring and Green walking up the steel steps. Styxx parts the middle and top rope for Green as he favors his arm while stepping through the ropes and into the ring. The music dies down as Green pulls a microphone from his back pocket. Chris Green - I know you are all dying to know how healthy I am...Well ladies and gentlemen, I am officially....drumroll please....fifty eight percent healthy! Styxx and Stonze applaud in the ring, while the fans boo. Green - I know, I'll be back soon enough. And when I do come back, I will be taking on that piece of roadkill on the CHRIS GREEN MEMORIAL HIGHWAY named Ray Lopes. The fans cheer at the mention of his name. Green - I'll do to him what I accomplished a while ago. He wants to challenge me to a match? He dares call me chicken? Ray Lopes is goi -- Voice - Again, Green? Ray Lopes interrupts from the ramp again. Ray Lopes - You're out here spilling the same bullshit again? Green - SHUT THE HELL UP BEFORE WE KICK YOUR ASS! The fans boo. Lopes - Oh yeah, of course. Big, bad Chris Green always backed up by a stable. "We'll" do this, "We're" gonna take you out. You know, a long time ago you said that a fifty percent Chris Green could take out any wrestler at one hundred percent -- You willing to put your money where your mouth is? The fans explode with Lopes ripping into Green. Green is silent in the ring as he looks towards Styxx and Stonze. Green - Okay...You want it, you got it...At Quest For The Best in the first match of the night. Falcoon - But...Ray has the Tournament that night. He may have up to four matches if he accepts. Lopes - Okay, Let's do it... Green - But, it has to be a arm in a sling match. Lopes - A what? Green - Well, let me have someone explain... From behind Lopes a tall figure storms up behind him and knocks him down with a huge clothesline on the ramp from behind. Kissens - WHO IS THAT! Dunn - It's Amaru! Amaru grabs a hold of Lopes' arm and begins to drag him to the ring while Styxx removes the covering of the top turnbuckle in one of the corners. Amaru rolls Lopes into the ring and immediately Stonze begins to stomp on the back of his head. Styxx finally exposes the metal in the top turnbuckle before he joins Stonze in beating the hell out of Lopes. Green is directing traffic as Amaru steps into the ring. Stonze picks up Lopes and turns him towards Amaru who holds Lopes onto his shoulder. He picks him up and drops him across his shoulder onto the steel turnbuckle. Falcoon - I guess Amaru is the newest member of Corrupted. Dunn - No shit sherlock. Lopes holds his arm in pain as Green tells them to pick Lopes up. Green grabs Lopes around his shoulder and his head, in an inverted diamond cutter position. He drops Lopes down, who grabs his shoulder as it is driven straight into the mat. Dunn - Inverted Fall From Grace! Green reaches down and picks up the microphone, and begins to clutch his shoulder. Green - See you at the PPV...On an level playing field. Oh and in case if you were wondering....That's Amaru. He's the newest member of Corrupted. He's gonna be in a qualifying match next week to get into the Tournament so Lopes you best watch yourself the whole pay per view...I'm coming for your blood! He drops the microphone as all four members of Corrupted leave the ring to a chorus of boos. Lopes is attended to by EMT's, while Corrupted exit the scene. Falcoon - What a vicious attack by Corrupted. Kissens - I bet Lopes wishes he didn't agree to this match now. Lopes is helped to the back by the EMT's to cheers from the crowd. He is holding his left arm in pain as he disappears behid the curtains. Missy Janson - The next match up is scheduled for a one fall, and is another Quest For The Best Tournament Qualifier...Coming to the ring first, from Chicago, Illinois...Shyne! Shyne's music hits the speakers as he appears from the entrance way. He receives a loud ovation from the fans as he walks down the ramp, slapping the hands of a few fans. He slides under the bottom rope and holds his arms up to which the fans cheer louder than before. Dunn - The fans love Shyne. He retreats into his corner as his music fades out. Missy Janson - And his opponent, from Los Angeles, California...Greg Jackson! Greg Jackson comes out from the back as the fans explode into cheers. Kissens - Yeah, but they love Greg a lot more. He jogs down the ramp, keeping his eye on Shyne as he steps up onto the apron. He stands on the outside, looking in at Shyne before stepping through the ropes and getting into his corner. His music fades as he begins to stretch. Dunn - This should be a good one. (Ding, Ding, Ding...) The two men begin to circle one another before locking up in the middle of the ring. Shyne gains the early advantage, whipping Jackson into the ropes. When he bounces back, Shyne nails a boot to his gut that bends Jackson over. Shyne follows it up with a hard uppercut to the jaw of Greg, that sends him flat to his back. Greg picks himself up and again the two men tie up, this time with Jackson gaining the upperhand and forcing Shyne down to one knee. Greg breaks the hold and nails a open handed punch to the face of Shyne as he attempts to stand up. He remains on one knee, as Jackson nails a toe kick to his ribs which sends him down to both knees. Greg attempts another kick, but Shyne grabs his foot and tugs him down to the mat before he mounts Greg and unleashes a fury of right and left hands. Falcoon - Shyne and Jackson have started out even here. Dunn - For the most part. Kissens - It's a big deal to be in the QFTB Tournament. Shyne pulls Jackson up and whips him into the ropes, only to knock him right back down with a shoulder block. He reaches down, picking Jackson up again and tosses him into the ropes once more. Shyne bends over, looking for a back body drop but Jackson avoids it by stopping short and unleashing a sharp kick to the chest of the prone Shyne. Shyne stands up straight, and as he does Greg attempts a hard clothesline. Shyne ducks the lariat attempt, and swoops behind Greg. He grabs him around his waist and looks for a back suplex, but Jackson elbows him in the face causing Shyne to break the hold. Greg then grabs a hold of Shyne, looking for a belly to belly suplex, but Shyne won't budge. Shyne brings a right knee up into the hip of Jackson and counters his belly to belly with a judo throw. Dunn - Back and forth between these two! Jackson quickly rolls up to his feet as does Shyne, and the two men run at each other. They collide as they both attempt shoulder blocks, stunning both men. Once they recover from being dazed, Shyne throws a wild clothesline that Greg avoids and he grabs Shyne in a reverse waist lock. He charges towards the ropes, with Shyne is his grasp. When Shyne hits the ropes, he holds on with his arms, causing Jackson to roll backwards. When Greg stands he runs back towards Shyne, who turns around and nails Greg with a leg lariat right across his throat, sending him down to the mat. Kissens - Shyne is looking good tonight. Falcoon - He's definitely an asset to the OWF. Shyne stands up, pulling Jackson up by his hair and tossing him into the corner. Shyne steps back before running full speed and splashing Jackson in the corner. He quickly bends over and lifts Jackson up to a sitting position on the top rope. Shyne steps up to the top rope, and hooks up Jackson for a suplex. Dunn - Shyne looking for the high risk move. Jackson counters with two right fists to the ribs, but Shyne over powers him and flips him backwards off the top rope, nailing the stunning superplex that shakes the entire ring. The fans cheer as Jackson holds his back, while Shyne lays on his right side stunned from the impact. He rolls over onto his stomach and grabs a hold of the ropes, using them to pull himself back up to his feet. Jackson gets up to all fours, while Shyne slowly walks towards him. Again, Shyne grabs a handful of Greg's hair, but this time Jackson fires back with a right elbow to the midsection that stuns Shyne. Greg follows it up immediately with a left fist to the sternum which knocks the wind out of Shyne for a few seconds. Jackson stands up, grabbing Shyne in a bulldog position. He charges but when he jumps, Shyne picks Jackson up, drops his legs on the top rope and uses Jacksons own momentum to propel him backwards into a back suplex pinning combination. The referee slides into place...1...2...3! Falcoon - And we have a winner! Missy Janson - The winner of this bout, and moving on as the fourth of eight entries to the Quest For The Best Tournament on April 27th...SHYNE! Dunn - Poor Greg. Falcoon - Well, I have a feeling this isn't the last we will be seeing of him. Kissens - I hope not y'all! Both men begin to exit backstage. The fans cheer them both as they exit. Falcoon - Great performance by both men. We have to keep it moving along in order to fit everything in! Lets go to Missy! Missy Janson - The next match up is a singles match Quest For The Best qualifier...Coming to the ring first...one half of N.U.T.S...Mr. Good! PA System - GOOD-NIGHT! Mr. Good walks out from the back with his hands held high and one half of the OWF/ASW Handicapped Titles. He walks down to the ring to a mixed reaction from the crowd before he hops up to the apron and into the ring. His music fades out as he drops his title into his corner and begins to stretch. Missy Janson - And his opponent, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada...Plague! PA System - OH AH AH AH AH! "Down with the Sickness" by Disturbed blasts through the PA as Plague walks out from the back. The fans cheer him as he sternly walks down the ramp. Kissens - Plague looks focused. Dunn - He's going to have to be to beat Mr. Good! Plague slides into the ring, keeping his eyes on his opponent before taking off his leather jacket. He steps back into his corner as his music fades out and the referee calls for the bell. (Ding, Ding, Ding...) Plague starts off by running at Mr. Good and nailing a chop block to his knee. Mr. Good stumbles and Plague follows it up with a hard right elbow. This staggers Mr. Good back into the ropes, but when he bounces back he nails Plague with a hard right hand. Plague now stumbles backwards before returning fire with a left jab to the jaw of Mr. Good that catches him off guard. He falls down to one knee, and Plague attempts to kick Mr. Good in the chest. Instead, Mr. Good grabs Plague's leg and pushes himself up to his feet. Plague hops on one leg before attempting an ensiguri, that Mr. Good ducks. Plague lands face first on the mat as Mr. Good grabs him in a reverse waist lock, lifts him up to his feet, and then tosses him over his head with a release german suplex. Dunn - The crowd is in awe of Mr. Good's show of strength! Kissens - I am too. Plague holds his head as Mr. Good pushes himself up from a sitting position. He walks back towards Plague and grabs a hold of his hair, dragging him up to his feet. Mr. Good brings a hard right knee up into the chest of Plague, followed by a double axe handle smash to the shoulder blades that sends Plague down to one knee. Mr. Good brings a right elbow down across the back of Plague's head, sending him down to the mat like a ton of bricks. Mr. Good quickly rolls Plague over and attempts a pin...1...2...Plague gets his right leg on the bottom rope. Falcoon - Plague almost lost it there! Mr. Good argues with the referee before focusing his attention back on his opponent. He again drags Plague to his feet and tosses him backwards into the corner. He follows him in and nails a series of closed fists punches to the ribs and stomach of Plague. With each strike, Plague sinks deeper and deeper towards the mat. A hard right hand eventually sends Plague to a sitting position in the corner. Mr. Good runs across the ring, to the other corner and holds his arm up. He builds up a head of steam and charges full speed at Plague and knees him right across the face into the second turnbuckle. Dunn - GEEZ! Mr. Good steps back out as Plague sinks into the corner. He grabs a hold of Plagues limp arms and drags him to his feet. He lifts Plague up over his shoulders into a standing firemans carry. Kissens - He's going for that Inverted Ace crusher! Plague nails two hard elbows into the side of Mr. Good's head. Regardless, Mr. Good is able to toss Plague off of his shoulders and spin him around as he attempts the inverted ace crushed. Instead, Plague lands on his feet and nails a hard lariat out of nowhere that sends both Mr. Good and Plague down to the mat. Both men gasp for air for a few seconds, with Mr. Good able to stand up first. He immediately walks towards Plague and grabs a hold of his arm. He drags Plague up to a kneeling position, but Plague comes out firing with rights and lefts to the body of Mr. Good. Plague gets his second wind and eventually stands up to his feet. He bounces off the ropes and runs back towards Mr. Good. He is waiting for Plague and extends his large boot up towards Plague's face as he runs back. Plague is able to duck at the last second and slip behind the back of Mr. Good. He slowly turns around and Plague goes for his Vaccine superkick. Mr. Good ducks that and waits behind Plague. Falcoon - This is crazy. Plague turns and gets kicked in the stomach. Mr. Good grabs him for an Ace-Crusher. Dunn - GOOD-NIGHT! Plague is able to push Mr. Good off of him and face first into the turnbuckle. Mr. Good stumbles out, to where Plague attempts a boot to the midsection. Mr. Good catches it and spins Plague around and grabs his head for another attempt at Good-Night. Plague again pushes Mr. Good off of him, this time up against the ropes. When Mr. Good stumbles back towards Plague, he is nailed with a powerful superkick from Plague that comes from out of nowhere. Kissens - The Vaccine! Mr. Good falls face first down to the mat and Plague quickly rolls him over and covers him...1...2...3! Missy Janson - The winner of this match and the fifth of eight entries into the Quest For The Best Tournament on April 27th...PLAGUE! Falcoon - What a big victory, and Plague will get a shot again to win the QFTB. Dunn - He came close last year. Plague rolls out of the ring and begins to head to the back to a round of applause.
Suddenly, we cut to the backstage area where we see Spaz walking around as he rubs the tape across his knuckles. Suddenly, he is bumped into from behind by Trent Steel. Spaz - Watch where you're going asshole! Trent turns around Trent Steel - What was that? Spaz - I said -- Trent grabs Spaz by the arm and bends it backwards. With a short elbow strike to Spaz's twisted arm, he sends Spaz to the ground in a lot of pain. He grasps his right arm which is bent out of shape while Steel stands over him. Steel - Stay the fuck out of my way. Steel begins to walk towards the entrance ramp while EMT's check on Spaz. We cut back to the announcers booth. Falcoon - I think Steel just broke Spaz's arm! Dunn - He definitely did! I heard a crack. Kissens - Awlll, poor Spazzy, y'all. Again we cut backstage where we see Greg Jackson in his locker room, wearing the referee shirt and looking very depressed. Suddenly, President Chase Johnson barges in and locks the door behind them. Greg Jackson - Whoa! You scared me! Prez CJ - I just came by to make sure we were clear... Jackson - Yeah, I wanted to talk abou -- Prez CJ - There's nothing to talk about. Angel and Jesse need to be split up, and Angel needs to lose that title. Jackson - But... Prez CJ - How about this Greg...If Angel somehow wins, you'll be facing Moxie Roxie at the PPV for the number one contendership to the OWF Network Title... Jackson - So? Prez CJ - I wasn't finished...And if Angel wins, you can kiss any hope of a seven figure, or six figure contract out the window. You'll get base minimum. Jackson - You son of a bitch! Prez CJ - All you have to do...Is make sure everything goes according to plan...And then you can set up your family for life with your huge OWF Contract. It's your choice. CJ turns and leaves as Jackson stares down at the floor before kicking his locker. We cut back to the announcers once again. Falcoon - Well, it's been made official. Dunn - We all knew it already. Kissens - I hope Jackson doesn't screw Angel. Dunn - He will if he knows what is good for him! Missy Janson - The next match is a PDA rules singles match Quest For The Best qualifier...Coming to the ring first, making his OWF debut...Jack Sullivan! Jack Sullivan walks out from the back as his music plays over the speakers. The fans give him a mild response. Falcoon - Lets hope this match goes down as planned tonight. He slowly walks down the ramp, taking in his surroundings as he steps up the steel stairs. He steps through the ropes and charges at the far set of ropes, bouncing off of them to test them as his music slowly fades. Missy Janson - And his opponent, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania..."The Son of a Bitch" Trent Steel! PA System - Now you're messing with a son of a bitch... With those words, Trent Steel runs out from the back with a steel garbage can in his hand. He runs down the ramp and into the ring, dumping a load of weapons into the ring from the garbage can. Falcoon - He has come prepared. Steel grabs a crutch and the referee calls for the bell. (Ding, Ding, Ding...) Trent swings at Sullivan who gets cracked right across the shoulder with the crutch, which splinters into dozens of pieces. Steel nails Jack with a hard knee to the stomach before walking back towards the pile of weapons. Trent grabs a cookie sheet and walks back to Sullivan, who stands up and punches the cookie sheet straight into the face of Trent Steel. Steel is stunned as he drops the cookie sheet, giving Jack the opportunity to use it. He grabs it and slams it down over the head of Trent Steel, sending him down to the mat. Jack discards the cookie sheet and picks Steel up by his hair. He leans him up against the rope and nails a knife edge chop before he irish whips Steel across the ring. He runs with him and when Steel hits the opposite ropes, Sullivan nails a lifting knee that flips Steel over onto his back. Falcoon - Steel is looking pretty well matched in there. Sullivan slides to the outside of the ring and reaches under, pulling out a stack of two tables. He slides both into the ring, followed by reaching under again and pulling out a milk crate of more weapons which he tosses over the top rope. When Sullivan gets back into the ring, he is met with a hard boot by Steel. Trent then grabs the steel garbage can and puts it over the head and upper body of Sullivan. Trent reaches down, grabbing a baseball bat from the mat and swings away at the can. He smacks Sullivan about three times before he falls to the mat, and rolls out of the garbage can. Steel drops the splintered baseball bat and reaches down, picking up one of the tables. He extends both sets of legs and turns it up onto them. Trent turns around and grabs Sullivan by his head and slams him face first down onto the table. He then lays him across it before Steel climbs up to the top rope. Kissens - What is he gonna do here! As Steel perches himself up top, he is met with a hard right by Sullivan. Trent is dazed by the shot and Sullivan lands another right across his jaw. He climbs up and hooks Trent up for a suplex and with ease he falls backwards, Superplexing Trent Steel through the table in the ring. The fans explode as both men lay out of breath in the ring. Dunn - I wouldn't be surprised if that kept both of them down! Falcoon - Steel made a mistake and Sullivan made him pay! Sullivan begins to move first as he lays his left arm across the chest of Trent Steel. The referee slides into place...1...2...kickout by Steel. Kissens - What the...I thought he was done for sure! Dunn - Me too! Sullivan crawls towards the ropes as Steel pulls himself from the broken pieces of table he lays on. Jack gets up to his feet first as Steel gets a hold of the milk crate Sullivan threw in. Jack walks towards Trent, but Steel tosses the milk crate and catches Sullivan with the corner right in the throat. Jack falls to one knee as Trent grabs a length of chain and wraps it around the neck of Jack Sullivan. He tightens it, cutting off circulation and oxygen to Sullivan's head. In a last ditch effort, Sullivan pushes himself up to his feet and charges backwards, slamming Steel back first into the turnbuckle and releasing his grip on the chain. Sullivan stumbles out while Steel hangs on with his right arm. Jack reaches down, grabbing a night stick and he charges at Trent with it weilded over his head. Steel is able to get his boot up and catch Sullivan in the chest which knocks him down to one knee. Trent runs out and steps onto the extended knee of Sullivan and nails a Shining wizard knee across his face. Trent quickly hooks his legs for the cover as the referee drops into place...1...2...kickout! Falcoon - What a great match for your first match in the OWF. Steel stands up and walks over to the other table Sullivan brought into the ring. He reaches down and extends its legs before turning it over and setting it up. Once he turns around he is met with a shot by Jack Sullivan with a kendo stick that sends Steel down to his knees. Sullivan rears back and snaps the kendo stick over the head of Steel, busting him wide open as he falls face first to the mat. Jack discards the kendo stick and picks Trent up to his feet. Sullivan hits a hard right that sends Steel flat to his back, but Trent hops right back up. Sullivan then hits a left that decks Steel, but he rolls right back up. Sullivan attempts another right but Steel blocks it and nails a chop to Sullivan's throat, stunning him. Kissens - What a cheap move! Steel reaches down, grabbing a hold of the milk crate and lifting it up. He slams it down over the head of Sullivan, breaking the crate and forcing it down onto his head. Sullivan falls limp, but Steel catches him and lays him on the table. Trent immediately runs to the turnbuckle and hops up looking down at Sullivan. Falcoon - Now we get to see what he was gonna do! Trent jumps off, flipping in the air and nails a 450 splash onto Jack Sullivan through the table. He lays on top of Sullivan as the referee slides into place. Falcoon - THE BLACKWINGED ANGEL! HE NEVER SEE THAT! The referee makes the count...1...2...3! Missy Janson - The winner of this bout...and the sixth of eight competitors qualified for the Quest For The Best Tournament on April 27th...TRENT STEEL! Falcoon - This tournament is getting better by the second. Lopes, Silkk, Vacant, Shyne, Plague, and now Steel. Kissens - Only two more spots to go. Dunn - I wonder who is left to qualify! We cut backstage where we see Angel preparing for his OWF Triple Crown and Blood Tag Title defense in his locker room. All four belts sit on the counter next to him as he stretches. From the left, the door opens up and Jesse Williams walks inside. The door slams shut behind him as Angel blankly stares at his partner. Angel - I suppose you're here to attack me now before my title defense like I did you. Jesse laughs. Jesse Williams - Nope. I just came here to say good luck. Angel - Yeah...My ass. You chose Moxie as my opponent, you'd love nothing more for me to lose tonight. So let's go, bring it on. He gets into a fighting stance. Williams - Calm down buddy. You have enough people against you tonight. I'm not going to attack you now, I just came to wish you good luck. Jesse turns to leave. He stops at the door and glances over his shoulder. Williams - I'll be seeing you later. He opens the door and exits, leaving Angel furious as we cut back to the announcer booth. Kissens - Jesse is sooo going to screw Angel. Dunn - Noooo, really? Falcoon - I wonder how CJ will react if Jesse does attack Angel and cost him the match. Kissens - I guess Jackson won't see anything. Kissens - Either way, looks like Missy is ready for introductions... Missy Janson - Ladies and gentlemen, it is time for the Main Event of the evening... The fans explode into cheers. Missy Janson - It is a PDA Rules Match and it is for the OWF Blood Tag Team Title and it is for the OWF Triple Crown Championship...Coming to the ring first, the special guest referee for tonight's main event...Greg Jackson! Greg walks out from the ramp wearing the referee attire. He is booed by the fans for listening to CJ. Jackson keeps his eyes on the ramp infront of him, trying to ignore the boos as he slides into the ring. Falcoon - Jackson surely doesn't seem to be welcome. Missy Janson - Coming to the ring next, the challenger...From Blaise, California....Moxie Roxie! Moxie Roxie comes out jogging from the ramp as her high paced music hits the speakers. The fans cheer her appearance as she holds her hands up in the air. She jogs down to the ring, sliding head first into it and hopping right up to her feet. Kissens - Whoooo! Go Moxie! Moxie hops up to the second rope and holds up the devil's horns as her music fades out. She hops back down and awaits her opponent. Missy Janson - And her opponent, from Smithtown, New York...He is the current OWF Triple Crown and OWF Blood Tag Team Champion...Angel! The soft, yet haunting piano melodies of The Coming Curse by Iced Earth calmly resonate from the speakers. As the sound fills the arena, a faint beam of golden light shines on the entrance. There are a few moments of silence as the piano continues, then the distorted guitars kick in and flames shoot up lining the ramp. Angel slowly walks out, observing his surroundings and not phased by the crowds reaction. He continues to the ring in this same manner, and only when he is in the middle of the ring for a few moments does the music stop, echoing throughout the arena. (Ding, Ding, Ding...) The two competitors circle around each other as Greg Jackson stays inbetween the two. Angel glares at him which gives Moxie an opening as she charges and nails a dropkick to the knee of Angel, sending him down to the mat. Moxie follows it up with a quick standing leg drop, and right after that she follows it up with a short elbow drop. Angel rolls to the outside of the ring to catch his breath, but he soon finds Moxie flying in the air with a suicide plancha as she crashes down on top of him and both are sent tumbling to the floor. Moxie hops right up, looking for the crowd to get riled up. Falcoon - Moxie with the early advantage! Kissens - She's gonna win, I can feel it! Moxie reaches under the ring and grabs a steel chair before sliding into the ring and waiting for Angel to get back to his feet. He eventually does, shaking off the cobwebs and sliding into the ring. Moxie immediately swings at him, but Angel catches the chair and rips it from her hands. He swings the chair at her, but she is able to duck the shot and roll Angel up into a school boy pin. Jackson slides in immediately..1..2..kickout! Dunn - That must be too close for comfort! Falcoon - A bit of a quick count, it seems, as well. Angel stands up, furious and looks for a big boot to Moxie, but she rolls around him and rolls him up again with Jackson dropping down into place..1..2..kickout by Angel. Angel stands up and he attempts a clothesline, which Moxie ducks. Angel telegraphs it though and when she stands back up he nearly takes her head off with a powerful lariat. Angel rolls onto his back before pushing himself back up to his feet while Moxie does the same on the opposite side of the ring. They both get up at the same time with Moxie jumping in the air and nailing a dropkick to Angel's chest which sends him down to the mat. When he hops back up he is met with a huge chairshot from Moxie which sends Angel down to his knees. She rears back again and this time dents the chair over the forehead of Angel. He begins to wobble and Moxie drops the chair and nails a dropkick to the face of Angel, which sends him flat to his back. She quickly hooks his leg and makes the pin as Jackson slides in. 1..2..Angel grabs the bottom rope. Kissens - I can't believe Jackson has been bought! Dunn - Everyone has their price. It's a smart move on his part. Moxie stands up and gets into a fighting stance as she waits for Angel to stand. He pulls himself up on the ropes and turns around, only to be nailed with a leg lariat that pushes him up against the ropes. Roxie follows up with a few hard shin kicks that stun Angel, but eventually he powers out of the situation and pushes Moxie back into the corner. He nails a hard right knee to her stomach, followed by a back elbow before he grabs her arm and whips her across the ring. She turns and crashes back first into the turnbuckle, with the impact sending her down to the mat. Angel slowly walks towards Moxie Roxie as she holds her back on the mat. He drags her up by her hair but she nails Angel with a lowblow which doubles him over. She reaches down into Angel's corner and grabs a hold of the OWF World Title. She rears its back and nails Angel right across the face with the title belt. He falls to the mat with Moxie dropping to her knees before covering Angel..1..2..thr- kickout! Falcoon - I think these counts are getting shorter and shorter! Dunn - Well, he has to ensure what is best for him! Moxie stands up, kicking the OWF Title belt out of the ring and taking Angel up with her. She nails a drop toe hold before grabbing Angel in a headlock. Angel is able to quickly power out of the headlock as he stands up and pushes Moxie up against the ropes. He bends over, looking for a back body drop but Moxie is able to kick him in the face, standing him right up. Moxie bounces across the ropes and leaps at Angel, looking for a cross body block but Angel catches her. He steps backwards, and trips over the foot of Greg Jackson. Angel falls on his back with Moxie on top of him in a pinning situation as Jackson drops to the mat..1..2..thr- kickout by Angel. Kissens - I have to admit this is getting ridiculous. Moxie stands up and walks to the opposite side of the ring as Angel stands up. She runs at Angel, stepping up off his thigh and nailing a bicycle kick to his jaw. Angel stumbles backwards into the corner but charges right out and nails a lariat on Moxie. He falls on top of her as Jackson falls into place..1.....2..kickout by Moxie. Falcoon - Oh what the hell! Dunn - Jackson is the best referee ever! Angel stands up and gets into the face of Greg Jackson. Angel has his back to the entrance ramp as we see Jesse Williams walk out from the back. Falcoon - Oh what the hell is this. Jesse makes his way to ringside, watching from the outside while Angel continues to argue with Jackson. From behind Moxie rolls Angel up with a school boy and Jackson slides into place.. Dunn - This could be it! 1..2..thr- kickout by Angel! Falcoon - So close. Moxie picks up the dented chair and weilds it back. Just then, Williams slides into the ring as Angel stands up. Jesse yells at Moxie to hit him. She charges and swings the chair wildly at Angel. At the last second, Jesse grabs Angel and pulls him out of the way as Moxie bounces off the ropes. She turns around and Jesse nails her with a huge superkick that sends her back up against the ropes. When she bounces back Angel picks her up and slams her right down with Angel's Redemption to the mat. Jackson doesn't know what to do as Angel keeps Moxie in a pinning situation. Falcoon - Jesse just helped Angel! Dunn - I can't believe it! Williams forces Jackson to the mat to make the cover...1...2...3! Missy Janson - The winner of this match and still OWF Blood Tag Team and OWF Triple Crown Champion....ANGELLL! Falcoon - Why would Jesse help Angel? Dunn - I have no friggin idea! Kissens - What a load of crap! Falcoon - What! Jesse only evened the score! Williams leaves the ring as Angel receives all of his titles. Falcoon - We gotta go folks...See you next week at Addiction! |
